Its my birthday, and Im 22 years already and my pack prepared a party for me which i dont like but i dont have any choice but to agree since they put a lot of hard work and effort into it
I dont really like partys but my pack always do this every year,Since im the youngest one, im the spoiled one but dont get me wrong i actually like being spoiled, but sometimes it gets too much they still think im a pup which im not im turning 22 for god sake
They told me that Namjoon hyung mostly called Rm hyung the fourth oldest in the pack found me in a dark forest when i was still a pup , no one was with me that time so he took me home since i was a little pup, according to our laws a little pup without parents can still be adopted
Our pack is the strongest since we successfully won on the war and got into on cultivating territory of the devided border, but now 70% of the border is ours and the 30% is on the other packs across us
But this is region 3 there are actually 9 regions but we put a record on owning 70% territory of the devided borders so were still the strongest but the pack on region 8 is trying to step ahead of us they already owned 60% of the divided border
They were rumours that they asked for help from the ice queen, but no one know if its true or not, then i started to think about the ice queen,
Does she have a pack? Does she call it pack or just a group? I dont know, i really want to meet her someday they say she is feisty and her attitude is cold as ice
But Rm hyung said its hard to have face to face with her, but i really have a feeling that i really need to meet her, ahh i dont know why but, Nevermind since my dearest Rm hyung or should i call alpha said i will never meet her so i lost hope
"hey guk! Alpha is calling you" taehyung hyung or mostly called V the second youngest in the pack said patting my shoulder ruining my moment of being alone beside the calm river
"ahh hyung i wanted to be a alone for a moment" i said throwing some rocks in the water
"you dont look so happy on your birthday... Whats wrong tell me" V hyung asked sitting down beside me
"yah taehyungie!" someone called behind us as i was about to answer him
I turned my head behind us only spotting his mate
"go on ill follow.. Your mate is calling you" i said as he stood up and patted my back and went to his mate Eun Ae, back then i really wished Eun Ae is my mate but i understood that the moon goddesses has other plans. I admit, im still jealous on V hyung, but who cares?
Ive been waiting for my whole damn life to meet my mate. Even when i was still a kid, i wanted a mate. Every year, my birthday wish is always to finally meet my mate but no one comes
Over the years i was the only one without a mate! Isn't it frustrating?! Did i do something to the moon goddess? Does she hate me so much? Not having a mate is not just hurting my heart, but it hurts me physically when its full moon, i sweat so bad and have run several miles to get rid of it
I always end up crying like a lost puppy in the thought of being like this forever... My mate will be so lucky with me, i will shower her with love and care... Ill spoil her everyday.. And i will be so lucky to have her.. And i will not let anyone break us apart.
"dont lose hope, i dont wanna be lonely forever" my wolf said to me as i sighed to myself, standing up as i fixed my outfit and went back to our packs house
"oh just in time! Food is ready! Come here birthday boy!" Rm hyung said wrapping his arm around me as he pulled me to the kitchen, spotting all of the members with their mates, a mountain of gifts and lots of food
"guys seriously you dont have to do this for me" i said shyly scratching my head as i sat down next to jin hyung the oldest in the pack
"aish maknae its not like the first time" yoongi hyung but mostly called suga the second oldest in the pack said chuckling at me as we started filling up our plates with food
"happy birthday guk!" someone said at the door as hoseok mostly called jhope third oldest in the pack stood up and hugged her... Its jhope mate Chin-sun noona
"thank you noona!" i said as i continued filling up my plate as the others were eating already
"hey jungkook slow down big eater!"
Jimin hyung said as they laugh at me as i glared playfully at them
"ahh hyung let me do what i want"
I said scrunching my face as they continued to laugh, teasing me
"well you should be thinking on what to wish jungkook" Eun Ae said munching her food as everyone agreed by nodding
"she is right have you thought about it yet?" V hyung asked as i shifted at my seat uncomfortably
For us, birthday wish is a big deal. They said that by time it will definitely come true, maybe for them but not for me. My wish haven't changed, its still about meeting my mate and ending the suffering im expiriencing.
"yeah.. Dont worry about it" they exchanged eye contact as Rm cleared his throat and they started eating again
I guess they all know what my wish is its not hard to guess by the situation im in.. Every member of the pack had a mate. Oh, except me how ironic
After a few minutes, jin and his mate Jin Woo noona went to the kitchen to get the dessert, which is the cake
They both sing the happy birthdays song behind me as i stood up and the other members all sang with them both as i just smiled fully at them
Then they all clapped as after i approached jin, who's holding the beautiful cake with candles poked through it... I closed my eyes and wished
"i wish ill have a mate already and this time it will come true" i took a deep breath and blowed the candles as they cheered
