Dinner

3rd person POV

"What does she say to you?" Jimin takes a sit, across Taehyung. Since the other workers are finally here, Jimin is slacking off, just a bit. "Cut the attitude, she just want to apologize, thats all" Taehyung smile. "Apologize? Really? You believe her?" Jimin clearly is not. "Well, she did cry so i guess i do" Taehyung told him. "I dont believe her. I bet she's trying to make you pity her or something." Jimin told him. "She does sound sincere" Taehyung convice him.
"This is what I like about you Tae, you see the best in people. Even when they don't deserve it" Taehyung just shook his head. He dont think so.

"So, what is it that you want to talk about that seems so important?" Jimin asked. "Right! Almost forgot, is Jin hyung no longer busy? I need him to be here to discuss about it" Taehyung asked.

"Lets go to the kitchen"

"So........ can i?" Taehyung ask Jin who is looking at him with no expression whatsoever. "When is this again?" Jin asked. "Tomorrow night" Taehyung answered in a soft voice. "Sure no problem. I'll close to the public at 7.30pm so you guys can come around 8pm but im still closing at 10pm though" Jin said normally. Taehyung is happy that Jin agree but he feel bad that he has to close up early for him.

"Im sorry i had to make you close up early because of me. I hope its not bad for your business" Taehyung apologize. "Well, renting it to you is also business right? Same thing" Jin said with a smile. Comforting Taehyung that its not a big deal at all. "Even if you're not paying i'd still do it for you" Jin mumble to himself. "What?" Taehyung asked, he could see that Jin's lips are moving but he didnt catch anything so he asked him to repeat.

"What? Oh i was just saying that i need to refill the groceries for tomorrow" Jin said with a laugh.

"We just restock them today, what are you talking about?" Jimin said and Jin laughter just died.

Wow, Jin hyung is acting weird too. I guess acting weird is a trend nowadays.

"Ehem! As i was saying, its not a big deal. You can rent it for tomorrow night" Jin said and glare at Jimin who gives him a 'what was that about' look. Taehyung look at Jin and then back to Jimin and then to Jin again, something is up but he decided to ignore it. Jimin and Taehyung then leave the kitchen to give Jin some space and also, there's an order coming in so he has to cook and Taehyung wont survive in a kitchen so he was ushered to leave by Jimin.

"You come too okay? Bring Yoongi hyung too." Taehyung told Jimin who then replies with a nod. "Speaking of Yoongi hyung, is he okay?" Taehyung been dying to ask Jimin about him. "What do you mean? Of course he's okay" Jimin answered. "I don't know, he seemed, different since the party. He doesn't talk much anymore and he always look like he's in deep thoughts or something" Taehyung explain. Yoongi is not much of a talker but not like this. Its different, this time and Taehyung don't like it. "He's probably tired. He has most night shifts anyway" Jimin reassure Taehyung and smile. But the truth is, Jimin also notice Yoongi's change of behavior too.

Thinking that the reason might also be true, Taehyung nod his head, hoping that Jimin is right. Maybe Yoongi is just tired afterall.

-Time skip to the dinner-

Taehyung is riding together with Jimin and Yoongi because he is too lazy to drive so he ask Jimin to drive. Dont bother asking Yoongi to drive, he is way too lazy. Thankfully Yoongi agree to go even though he was reluctant at first but Taehyung really eant him to be there, hoping that it will make his mood better. Jin greet them with a warm welcome and smile. Right when they arrived, his parents and Namjoon also arrived as well. They all went inside together and takes a seat. The inside were decorated beautifully with balloons and flowers and Taehyung's mom loved it very much. The dinner is of course for her belated birthday after all.

"Guess thats everyone." Jimin announced to Jin.

"Not quite" Taehyung's mom said and then seconds later the door swung open. Taehyung's in-law and Jungkook enter, making Taehyung's heart stops. He wasn't expecting Jungkook to be here at all. His parents and Namjoon didn't say anything to him at all. "Great" Jimin said to himself but both Yoongi and Taehyung heard him. Taehyung just look to his finger and Yoongi just look away from everyone including Jimin. He has a feeling that he will hate this dinner. "I should've dress better" Taehyung said to himself. Suddenly he's worried that Jungkook might find him dressing too plain. "Stop it you look fine" Jimin whisper to Taehyung and Yoongi is trying his best to ignore his surrounding.

"Hope we're not late" Jungkook's mother said after giving Taehyung's mother a kiss on both cheeks. "No no no you're right on time" Taehyung mom told her and ask her to sit right beside her. Which mean that Jungkook will seat right in front of Taehyung.
