Hello, my Sun Puppies! And welcome to my Bible Prompts Book! This will be where I'll place all of my Bible Prompts in from my "Just My Type" prompt book. I wanted to separate them from the book so that people who prefer these prompts can get to them easier. I'll be doing that for other specialty prompts as well.
For those of you who are newcomers who don't know what Bible Prompts are, I'll tell you. Bible Prompts are writing prompts which focus on the Biblical aspect of life and in the Bible. Bible Prompts will be mostly based within the Bible, and there will be themes that go in modern times concerning Biblical aspects — like Guardian angels, truth, love, greed, etc.
DISCLAIMER
I know these are fictional prompts, but they'll be based in Biblical history. I assure you that I won't be doing any what-if or AUs or what-not, since, in my opinion, that's adding or subtracting from the Word since none of that happened. However, any ideas that are set in a period that has a time gap in there, I will be taking some conservative liberties with. That being said, I'm trying to avoid adding or subtracting from the Word, which, if you remember, doesn't end well for the offender. So I'm definitely going to be careful when doing this.
Conclusion
I hope you guys enjoy these Bible Prompts. And please let me know how you like them. Also, please, just like with the regular Writing Prompts, don't be afraid of giving suggestions and ideas for possible Bible Prompts, or even your opinion on these. I really would appreciate you guys showing support for these prompts by doing this.
Note: Keep in mind that you don't have to follow these prompts word-for-word — you can totally do whatever you want with them or even go at it from a perspective that the prompt doesn't go into. It's totally up to you as the writer to decide what to do with the prompt. So please don't feel like you HAVE to do what the prompt says. The prompt is more of a guideline and a motivator, rather than a rule.
