"I think I'm gonna be sick"Jade barely managed to confess as she was gripping the grab handle as hard as she could.

They eventually passed the truck successfully and Jesy slowed down a bit"Right,you can go back to arguing but fair warning,I'm gonna slap you both"She informed"Look I don't like working with cops but Perrie we're outnumbered and I'm not letting you walk to your suicide"

"I thought you agreed with me last night"

Jesy sighed and pulled up in front of a hunting store"I did but now I realise how bad the whole situation is"

"How is a bear trap gonna help catch Zayn?"Jade asked picking it up and looking strangely at it.

"Oh that's not for him"Jesy explained and took a stash of cash out of her pocket.

Jade pushed herself up on her tippy toes and whispered in her ear"Illegal stuff?"

The ginger nodded her head and passed the cashier the amount of money needed.

Jade sighed"I don't want to know about it,I've already broken the law enforcement oath of honour multiple times with you two"She pointed between Jesy and Perrie and walked away,waiting for them outside the store.

"You should talk to your girlfriend in private"Jesy suggested and nudged Perrie.

The blonde's eyes widened and she rushed to argue"She's not my g-"

"Oh spare me"Jesy laughed"The tension was there from the moment I spent one second with you two in the same room"She pointed out and grabbed the bags of items they'd just purchased.

The blonde grabbed a little pocketknife she picked up for herself and played with it"Really?"

"What?"Jade chimed in and Perrie almost jumped.

"Oh nothing important.Look at this bad baby"She joked and showed Jade her newest purchase before tucking it in her back pocket.

As the sun started setting,Jesy announced the younger women that she'd be out for a couple hours.Before any of them could ask her anything she was already out the door and her car's engine could be heard leaving the driveway.

Jade cracked open a beer and sat next to Perrie on the back porch"I hate crickets"She chuckled and took a big sip of cold beer.

Perrie who was playing with her pocketknife rolled her eyes and gave her a smug smile"Couldn't have your beauty sleep?"She mocked.

Jade nodded and took another sip"I'm drained of energy"She complained and turned her head to look at what Perrie was doing"I've never really used one of those before"

The blonde gave her a confused look and held the little weapon up"What?A pocketknife?"

Jade nodded again and sat back in her fishing chair"I prefer guns you know"She joked and closed her eyes"They offer the advantage of causing harm from afar"

Perrie sat up and turned towards Jade"You can do that with one of these as well"

The brunette opened only one eye and shook her head"Impossible"she disagreed"Look at how small it is in the first place"

"Size doesn't always matter"Perrie pointed out"I mean,look at you"She laughed and Jade sat up immediately to look daggers at her"C'mon I'll show you"

"Show me what?"

"How to use this to your advantage"

Minutes later they found themselves at the back of Jesy's yard,Perrie was gripping the small weapon with her right hand as tightly as possible "Your hold must be tight enough"She instructed and rotated her hand so Jade could see the grip from all angles"You need total control otherwise it might slip in the wrong direction"
