Huey's POV
"Louie stop steering the wrong way!" God! Why can't he do this! It's his normal job!
"Because I don't do it all the time Huebert!" Louie yelled at me, struggling to row. Wait what? He doesn't- oh yea he is normally the lazy one. These adventures must have made me lose my mind.
"Oh yea, sorry about that. I guess this adventuring is tearing my mind apart. Dewey" I glance around, suddenly terror filling me. "DEWEY?!"
This made Louie sit up and glance around as well.
"Huey did we just forget about our brother?!" Louie was now in a full state of panic. He always got this way when our family was missing or in danger.
"Maybe he is back where we started, turn us around!" And for the first time, Louie actually got the boat to go where we needed it go.

I looked ahead, searching for the blue of Dewey's shirt. There was none to be found though. How could I have forgotten about him? Did he run off or say something to us? No time to think about this, we need to find him!
We got to the sand, and glanced around. No ducks or blue clothes in sight.
"Maybe we should go back to the manor, see if he went there?" Louie asked.
"Yes, come on we have to hurry!" I yelled while I started to take off. Louie kept up with me shockingly. It's like a whole new Louie. Would've never thought he could run this fast.

Louie's POV

God Dewford, making me run? Can't you just sit and wait for us to get for once? You better be glad I'm worried about your, or I would just walk, or having Huey carry me.

Ok, but seriously. Wasn't Dewey there when we got in the boat. I could've sworn I saw him while I was staring down at my phone.
No time for thoughts! Gotta keep up with Huey, who, did I mention, has an incredibly fast run for being a nerd. I mean he is the older brother, probably the older brother instincts kicking in. Whatever.
We finally reach the house. God, why did this have to be so uphill! I'm used to the lazy life, give me a break world! Right before Huey touches the doorknob, Webby opens the door and pulls us in, barely giving us a chance to flinch.
"What's wrong with Dewey?!" She asked, glaring at both us. Yea right, like I would know! He never tells us anything!
"I don't know Webs, he just disappeared when we accidentally left him during boating. Where is he now?" Huey asked, seemingly relieved that his brother had at least come home.
"Into your room, he barely said two sentences to me when he came inside. I didn't think it was Dewey though, he looked upset and had no emotion in his voice" Webby said with a concerned look. Odd. Dewey could talk about anything forever, but him having no emotion and barely speaking? That means something is definitely up. But what?

Dewey's POV

Ok, maybe I was a little short with Webby. But can you blame me?  What if she forgets about me next? Yes that would suck.
"Louie, we have to be nice. No stuck up responses like normal, were 14 now." I hear Huey whisper, god he is a bad whisperer.

The doorknob moves and the door to our bedroom opens. I was laying on my bed, facing away from the door. Why would I want to face my self-centered brothers who didn't even notice I was gone!?
"Dewey? Why did you run away after we left you? It was an accident, may I add." Huey said, ugh why does he add all these weird words. Weren't computers or whatever!
"And why did you forget about ME." My time was short and harsh, but I finally faced them. Louie seemed shocked. Huey seemed shocked. Good, I got their attention. Too bad I wanted it earlier.

(Second part finished! Sorry if these are a tad short for some of you, but I love keeping them short to keep you guessing! Thanks for reading!)
