chelseajones : hi guys im really upset that it had to come to this but im gonna be off social media for a while. it might be a couple months, maybe more. social media is starting to consume my life and has had such a negative impact on my mental state. i need to rediscover who i am and what i want reguarless of what anyone else thinks or says. i need focus on my self for once and learn how to love who i am. the only way i feel i can do this is if im away from the things causing me the most anxiety and self doubt,  in this case its social media. im so grateful of the support ive been shown through social media but regardless of the positive comments and love ive been shown, ive realised that i care too much about pleasing others and what they think. ive made too many decisions based on what others want for me and not my own needs. im not trying to guilt trip anyone by saying this but i cant even count the times ive had anxiety attacks caused by something someone had said or posted on socail media.  im not saying that all socail media is toxic but its just gotten to the point where its just to hard to handle. i bet most of you forget im only 16,  the pressure from social media its just so overwhelming and i think a break is going to be super beneficial to my mental health. my manager is going to be taking over my instagram to post updates. i love you all and hope you understand 🖤
