"If you ever want to visit in LA you're always welcome, y'know."

I smiled at him, taking note of the blue makeup still smudged on his jawline. I took my thumb to it as I responded.

"I'll be taking you up on that offer once I'm not swamped with homework."

His eyes bore into mine as I pulled my hand away from his face. My eyes drifted to the security guards, a little ways away from us.

"I know-"

Before I could continue his lips were on mine. Passionate and feverish, fighting for the final moments we had till we had to part. We pulled away my eyes wide, his smug but as a mask to the anxiety.

"I'll see you around Sparky."

He ruffled my hair a bit and walked away with his usual confidence. I put my hand over my mouth and closed my eyes as a blush settled in.

There was always that slight tension between Trevor and me, the stuff we did together, the way we looked at each other. Even the fans picked up on the chemistry and we constantly got questions if we were dating when we did group interviews.

I started to speed walk back to my seat, passing concession stands and groups of people taking pictures and waiting in line for food.

Dating Trevor had never been a thought in my mind because it was never an option. It would change the dynamic of the band not to mention the fact we would have to hide it from fans.

By the time I had reached our seats, the final band was halfway through their set. A girl group of six from the same industry as us. They were just starting and were extremely talented.

I shuffled around a screaming fan in the aisle, spotting my empty seat and slumping down into it next to Juleka. She looked at me before double-taking.

"Where have you been?!"

I gave her a sheepish look.

"The line for the bathroom was super long and Blue Moon started performing so I just watched from one of the viewing rooms until it was over. I didn't have my phone on me or else I would have texted you I swear."

She took my phone out of her pocket and nodded.

"Ya, I figured."

"You got into a viewing room?"

Rose shouted over the music, I nodded.

"It was some kids our age and their parents."

I lied through my teeth.

"Did you see that drum solo, it was awesome!"

Ivan pumped his fist enthusiastically. I nodded with a giggle.

'I was closer to that drum solo than you think.'

"Storm was looking extra dreamy tonight,"

Alya sighed, before giggling. Nino rolled his eyes, peeved.

That made my stomach churn, my entire body couldn't function. Thinking about how to talk to or about Trevor now made my insides feel like they were in knots. Luka came up behind me moving past the people in the row behind us and crouching down next to me in the aisle so he could look at me at eye level. He put a comforting hand on my arm, his face inches from mine.

"Hey, where were you? We were all worried."

"The line for the bathroom was long so I hung out in one of the viewing rooms, sorry I made you guys worry. I should've brought my phone with me."

I mustered a small smile. He gave me a look of slight disbelief masking it quickly. I turned back to the performance to try to escape his prying eyes, effectively ending the conversation.
