Don't get me wrong I can see him a few times a year from afar when the solar and lunar eclipses happen, but every 365 years we are able to be closets to each other...this is when both the solar and moon folk get to see each other it's called a full eclipse (idk I made this up). A full eclipse is a meeting between higher ups and a meet up for the people as well since the people can go back and forth to each kingdom but....the kings, we can't, we have to stay here and complete our role as royals....if only-
