There it is again. The noise of the cars passing by, the train honking from different rails. Chenle is actually thankful he hears this everyday, the noise acted as his alarm clock but right now he doesn't need an alarm clock in the middle of the night. He groggily woke up only to find out that his boyfriend wasn't beside him, again. Chenle got used to this, he got used to being left out again and again by his almost 3 year boyfriend. They live together in a condominium and are both college students trying to chase their own dreams, maybe Chenle who works extra hard for college but never forgot to give time for his boyfriend. Meanwhile, Jisung is the complete opposite he's not that hard working but also not that lazy to fail his grades, although after a year of being in a relationship he also got lazy of being the perfect boyfriend Chenle dreamt of. They've been together ever since the last two years of highschool, everyone was envious of their dreamy relationship but everything suddenly turned around when they turned into College.
*knock *knock
"Come in!" Chenle shouted with a hoarse voice.
No one was going in so Chenle already knows what's happening. He lazily walked going to the door and got surprise when a tipsy Jisung suddenly barged in. Chenle was stupid he knows he is especially whenever Jisung comes home like this, drunk because of partying. Chenle just has a soft spot for his boyfriend.
"You're drunk again?" Chenle said softly while having a hard time walking and carrying the drunk Jisung around his shoulders.
"Yeah whatever" Jisung said and he threw himself on the bed.
"Aren't you tired of drinking every friday? Can't you just spend your time with me? We don't have classes every friday right, why can't we just bond and cuddle like before?" Chenle asked while softly combing his hands on Jisung's hair.
"It's more fun with my friends you know. I'm tired of cuddling. It's boring" Jisung said without even knowing he said that. Whenever Jisung's drunk he says words that really goes through the bones.
And Chenle? Well he felt hurt, he felt like he was stabbed by hundred knives in his chest. He hates himself for not getting used to it.
"Sleep now Jisung, I love you" Chenle said, and kissed Jisung's forehead.
It was 1 am when Chenle looked at the clock. He was hungry and he wanted to cook food, but the moment he stood up he got very dizzy. He bumped the side table but he used it to support his body. Minutes after the vertigo experience he stood up straight, quite feeling dizzy but better than awhile ago.
"Woah" He said, while rubbing his forehead. Chenle got scared, it was the first time it happened to him maybe because of hunger? He wished it was. He went to the dining table to eat the food. It was cold already, he cooked kimchi stew for Jisung but he fell asleep trying to wait for him till he comes home. The sound of the iphone ringtone shocked Chenle but he answered it anyways.
"Hey lele how are you?"
"Hyuck hyung? Hi Hyuck hyung! I'm good I'm eating dinner." He said happily. He missed his Hyuck hyung a lot. Donghyuck and Jaemin acted as Chenle's mothers when they were still in highschool. Jeno, Mark, Renjun, and Jisung acted as his protectors. Chenle was their group of friends' baby and Jisung is his greatest love.
"Dinner? It's past dinner time Chenle. It's already almost 2 am. Why are you eating dinner in the middle of the night?" Hyuck asked.
"Oh I- I waited for Jisung but--"
"He was drunk again?" Hyuck knows. He knows because he was the first person Chenle approached when he first encountered a drunk Jisung that continued on for days.
