Xiu Ying's POV:
I texted Junhui if we can meet today and unexpectedly, he said yes.
I sat on the cafe, and read a book, while waiting for him.
As soon as the door opened, I saw him.
His features are sharp. He looked more matured, compared to the past.
It even made me fell for him more.
...
"Hi. It's nice meeting you, again, I guess?" I greeted him with a smile plastered on my face.
"What do you want from me?" he asked without feelings.
That seemed cold. Did I even do something wrong?
"Why are you taking too long to answer?"
"I-I just want to catch-up things with you. Just a casual talk of what have been happening when I w-wasn't here," I answered.
"Things we're still the same. Nothing changed."
"Th-that's all? How about our other childhood friends? The places that served as our childhood memories? Your family? The p-promise..?" I keep on stuttering.
"Look, Xiu Ying. I have to go. The Wedding is coming up soon and I have to help. We can just talk, after those busy doings are done."
"And please don't text me when i'm busy," he emphasized the word 'please'.
"How do I even know if you are busy?"
He sighed.
"Y-you know what? Just don't text me at all. My fiancé might get jealous," he said.
"Junhui-ge, do you even miss me? Were you happy when you saw me?" I tried my best not to burst in tears.
"For God's sake, Xiu Ying! Can you at least stop? I have to go now," he stood up.
What have I done? Am I annoying?
