So the most straightfoward theory is that the bottle of wine actually has medical uses (hence the name). But the problem is, HE CANT ACTUALLY DRINK THE WINE! ITS AN ATTACK! This then leads to another question: What's IN that thing? Well some questions are better unsolved, but what do YOU think?
