The 10 year old boy finally reached the gardens, dragging himself even if his body was hurting and blood was flowing out of his cheek.

Dad's been hitting him continuously for 2 hours until he begged him to stop, he had to burn his own camera and the photos with it. It pained

But all his pain vanished when he saw the 11 year old boy waiting for him, hands at the back and legs crossed, his brown hair flowing because of the breeze.

The boxy smile of his faltered when he saw the black haired 10 year olds bruised face.

He rushed to him and cupped his cheek

"What happened to you?" The boy asked, after all he didn't know what the other's name was.

They met just a week ago and didn't even know each other's name, yet they were so close

"I'm leaving tomorrow" the black haired boy's voice was full of despair.

And that saddened the brunet's heart.

"What? Why?" He asked, eyebrows etched together in worry and pain

"Dad said I can't click photos" the black haired boy said

"That's..... that's sad. But why?" He asked

"He—" before he could speak the car honked

"I'm sorry I have to leave" he said, tears already appearing in his eyes

The brunet held his hands, tears leaking his eyes

"Promise me you won't forget me and promise me that someday you'll come to meet me" the brunet said and the black haired boy gave him a lopsided smile

Because he knew he won't ever come back here.

"I promise I'll never forget you" he said and was about to run but he was stopped by the brunet

"You'll be my greatest friend ever" he sniffled

The 10 year old smiled and took his hands away from the brunet

"You'll be my only friend ever" he said before running away from there, his heart throbbing from pain

And hands shoved inside his pocket, clutching the brunet boy's photos which he secretly took.

Jungkook smiled as he opened the door and let taehyung enter the cabin

"You wanna eat something? I'll make something for you before I start packing for tomorrow" taehyung said, removing his scarf on the couch and walking towards the kitchen but jungkook stopped him.

"I wanna tell you something" jungkook said and taehyung turned

"What?"

"About......someone who is really close to me and I want your help" jungkook said and made taehyung sit on the couch before sitting beside him

"There was someone....who lived in Daegu who was really special to me" jungkook said and somehow taehyung felt a tightening pain in his chest.

Why did he feel hurt when he found out that jungkook has someone who is special to him?

"Who is it? Your wife? Your girlfriend? Are you cheating on them?!" Taehyung gasped and jungkook rolled his eyes

"First of all, I'm gay, second of all, neither do I have a husband nor a boyfriend. But a friend who was really special to me" jungkook said and taehyung sighed in relief

"He was there with me through thick and thin, he was just like you, always bubbly and cheerful and he made me smile. But after I left Daegu, we lost contact" jungkook said, ruffling his hair

"You were in Daegu before?!" Taehyung exclaimed

"I didn't tell you before?" He asked and taehyung shook his head

"For a little while, my parents were in Daegu for their work but then police caught them so we had to leave the place" jungkook said and taehyung "oh"Ed

"I only knew him for a week, but he was the only person who was my friend and i still remember him, every single detail about him. He had a similar mole under his nose like you and those heart lips. You're going to Daegu right? Can you help me find him, I just want to talk to him after so many years" jungkook said

"I can help you. I want to" taehyung said, determined to know about this person who is so special to jungkook, which is making him feel jealous.

"But there's a problem" jungkook sighed

"What?"

"I don't know his name, I don't know where he used to live" jungkook said

"Shit man, that's a bummer. But you know what even I had a friend who was dear to me. He also liked to click pictures like you and had bunny teeth like you" taehyung giggled

"Really?" Jungkook said, poking his cheek with his tongue because of jealousy

"Did you...in any case like him?" Jungkook cleared his throat as he asked him

"I mean at that time, I did think I loved him but I was a kid that time and now I think that it was just love as friends....but still I don't know clearly if I don't like him or not. I haven't seen him for so long and don't even know where he lives now" taehyung smiled

"Do you have any picture of him to remember what he looks like?" Taehyung asked jungkook

"I do! Maybe you would have seen him since you're from Daegu!" Jungkook said before running towards his room and taking the pictures out of them

He then gave those to taehyung.

"These are the pictures I clicked when he didn't notice I was clicking them. See, you can see that he has the similar mole on his nose. Well, if we think, you two are kind of similar" jungkook said
