We had a fight,
Eyes not leaving each other's sight
My eyes were tearing up in anger
He glared daggers
He grabs my neck,
I must've looked like a wreck
But I closed my eyes and almost smiled,
"End it. You said you despise me"
But he let go, eyes wide
He was shocked, he looked regretfully
"You can wring my heart, so why not kill me?"
It was silent, I guide his hands with mine
I wrap them around my throat and waited
Nothing. . .
The heat haze laughed and everything stopped,
"There's more for you to go through, I won't yet"
I opened my eyes and glared at him
I woke up, the air was thin
Tears streamed down and mixed with sweat
It was a dream, a fucked up one
I knew it's not yet done
I cover my face, cried to the night
The scar had reopened, for the world, it's a wonderful sight
Enjoy the pain, i'll wait 'til you grow bored
