It has been several days since the battle of the underpass

Team RWBY managed to get away before the police arrived as their mission was not sanctioned

Several witnesses reported the incident I did not get a good look at the girls but the one person they did get a good look at what is the vigilante

The news was all over the web the vigilante has not only made a name for himself in Vale but all over the four kingdoms

General ironwood upon hearing that the atlas paladins were stolen had specialist Winter Schnee Weiss sister personally investigate the theft

As for the general he was currently in a meeting with headmaster Ozpin, Ozpin's right hand Glynda Goodwitch and currently calling from video scroll Qrow Branwen Ruby and Yang uncle

General ironwood is pacing up and down the office frustrated with a certain vigilante

Ironwood: it's all over the web Ozpin not only is the stolen paladin's a blemish in Atlas's reputation but this vigilante you have been letting run around actually defeated it

Glynda: unfortunately we cannot get involved the council feels that the vigilante is a police matter

Ozpin: yes but whoever he is so far he has not made a move against us only the White fang

Qrow: am I the one who really has to be to tell everyone about the elephant in the room

Ironwood: what do you mean Qrow?

Glynda: what elephant?

Qrow: dressed all in black uses a bat sounds like old man Thomas

Ozpin: that shouldn't be possible Qrow Thomas would be in his seventies by now

Qrow: come on Oz you know as well as I do that old man Thomas was one of the best the man was literally so strong you could put a dent in a bull head with just the swing of his bat

Ironwood: I recommend you watch your tongue Qrow you forget Thomas was my mentor I will not let you speak ill of the man

Qrow hold his hands up in false surrender

Qrow: all I'm saying is from the known video it's Thomas fighting style and I can tell from the video but that looks like Thomas's bat

Qrow pulls up a video of the vigilante that they managed to get from the paladin although some of it was scrambled they could still see the vigilante clearly

Glynda: the fighting style is similar and the built and height are consistent

Ozpin: let us not jump to conclusions people Thomas Gibbs was one of the best huntsman and teachers of this academy

Ironwood: until he disappeared several years ago even I have not been able to find him

Qrow: I don't blame him he was my drinking buddy he revealed to me that he was unhappy perhaps this vigilantism is his way of making things right

Glynda: still for a man in his seventies to move like that

Qrow: look I don't want it to be him anymore than you guys you forget he was our friend and a part of this inner circle

Ozpin: yes but we cannot deny the facts the fighting style is similar so either he is Thomas or someone trained by him

Qrow: I doubt the ladder Thomas would never have let go of his precious bat

Ironwood: I suggest we keep this information to ourselves Thomas Gibbs was like a father to me I will not have his reputation be destroyed based on a hunch

Ozpin: agreed we keep this information in house Thomas is my friend as well

Qrow: there might be one way we know for sure people have a bad habit of responding to a name that used to being called if we get close to the vigilante and called him Thomas and he responds that's all the proof I need

Glynda: do people really respond just because you say their name

Ozpin: unfortunately yes it is a habit you won't believe how many police officers have used it to catch criminals who changed their names

Joanne is not happy when she went to go collect your brother at the restaurant he worked at she was surprised to learn that he had quit and he left no forwarding address

The owner of the restaurant and didn't even know where he lived which didn't help with her fury

she had two goals in mind while she was here to find her brother and stop this vigilante

Meanwhile her female friends - Nora are Love struck with a vigilante

Pyrrah ran into him a few days ago she tried to stop him

Although she failed she was surprised of how much of a gentleman he was and how he had never heard of her

Pyrrah was drawing a picture of the vigilante but she couldn't figure out what the face was underneath

Pyrrah (one day I will see that handsome face underneath that helmet)

Yang who likes bad boys was literally drooling at the thought of the vigilantes muscles

Blake who was in a secret alliance with the vigilante wanted to know more about him

Blake(you and me are not so different we both try to change the world in our own way but who are you under that mask)
Weiss was being stubborn about her feelings

She refused to believe that she the heiress of the Schnee dust company likes bad boys

Weiss(just because he isn't one of those stuck-up snobs from Atlas doesn't mean he's not I mean sure he fights for the people he's dangerous he has that mystery and go of him you know snap out of it Weiss you do not like bad boys)

As for Ruby the youngest she was confused about her feelings as this is the first time she ever felt these kind of feelings for anyone outside of her family

Ruby(I don't get it why when I'm near him my heart starts getting faster my face feels like it's on fire and I get all sweaty it must be because of his bat yeah that's it not because he's strong and maybe handsome underneath that-)

She began shaking her head trying to get those thoughts out of it

Joanne I was curious of why this vigilante made so many of her friends fall for him

she admits that he does good work but cannot condone his actions as she feels there is no honor in them

Nora and ren were in the gray zone of the vigilante Nora supported him fully because he broke so many legs and Ren believes that he is fighting for victims of Injustice which is never a bad thing in his opinion

As for Joanne's brother who also happens to be the vigilante he was in his lair at
Work

He was busy turning his motorcycle into a hoverbike complete with weapon systems as he knew that if the White fang has the paladins and he suspects they have more than one

Jaune(I doubt they went through all the trouble just to steal one they probably have multiple Atmos paladins)

the hover bike was being outfitted with armor-piercing weapons and other schematics he stole from the paladin

Jaune(luckily my beetle drill the hole inside the paladins Main guidance system so I got schematics with these I should be able to punch a hole through any of those paladin's no problem)

Jaune starts to work first putting on a welding mask and lighting a torch working on his bike not knowing is vigilantism has made individuals whose cross path with wonder who he is
