"Uhhh", Nani groans grasping her head as soon as her eyes met the harsh light
"Good. Now you know why drinking isn't allowed in our house.", Dallas says from beside her with his eyes trained on some book he was reading
"I did not even drink that much Dallas", she says rolling her eyes
"Eris said you had quite a bit, but admitted it was his idea and he made sure to bring you home before you did anything stupid. Thank God", Dallas said finally meeting her eyes
"May you get me some pain killers? I can't even function properly", She says laying back down
Dallas gets up and fetched her a vitamin water and some Advil while she sits there trying to remember exactly what happened last night.
It was as if suddenly the lights turned on inside her head and memories flooded her brain like a slideshow. She remembered drinking with Eris and kissing him. She remembered the feel of his lips on hers and his body underneath her as she rocked her hips into his. She remembered everything.
Tears flooded her eyes, and a few slipped when she finally recalled just what that entitled. She cheated! She cheated on her husband, and the worst part was she didn't regret all of it.
"Honey are you okay? Sweetheart what is the matter?", Dallas asks rubbing her back. Her eyes narrowed as she realized, back rubbing was what got her into this mess in the first place.
He just had to rub her back last night, and touch her. Why couldn't he pat it or just not touch her at all! God why?!
"I am well Dallas. Just disappointed in myself for drinking so much. That's all...", she says wiping her eyes
"God forgives you Nani. Forgive yourself", He says kissing her forehead after handing her the pills and water
She just sighs and falls back onto the bed with a 'thud'.

After the talk with Dallas, Nani promised to start being a real wife to him and never going there with Eris again. She wouldn't let the church or her father down anymore!
It took a full week of ignoring Eris, but Nani felt as if she was getting accustomed to being married.
"Hey Nani", Eris says from behind her
"U-u-uh Hi Eris", Nani stutters quickly packing her gardening tools away
She had decided to garden knowing that Dallas would be out til late tonight with her Dad. Now she realizes that being outside was in fact a bad idea.
"Are you avoiding me?", He asks raising an eyebrow
"N-n-no", She says pitifully
"You can't lie for shit. What the fuck do you want from me Nani? HUH?", he says harshly
