midterms were the worst. it had you studying for weeks with no break. you had slacked off for a while, not noticing the days coming closer until you realized that midterms were in two weeks.
the knock on your door and the ringing of your doorbell released you from your concentration from the notes you were going over.
you quickly opened your door to find a man standing there with a small boy next to him. the man looked to be in his mid twenties while the child seemed to be three years old.
