Devyn covered her mouth and stood up to hug me. Sam turned to Colby. "Is that why you FaceTimed me?"

He nodded. "Jackson and I found her on the bathroom floor. Had we gotten there five, maybe ten minutes later, she wouldn't be here. It was the scariest fucking thing in the world."

"How are you doing?" Devyn asked.

"I'm doing okay. Kat found a great therapist here in LA, and I've been going. It's slow, but I am starting to feel better. And I promise not to do something like that again."

"Why did you do it, if I may ask." Corey spoke.

"It all felt so pointless. I was in this awful slump, and I couldn't get out of it. Music didn't help, nothing did. I didn't see any way to get through, so I took the easy way out. Thankfully, it didn't succeed."

Everyone gathered around to hug me and Corey said, "I think we should celebrate, just for the fact that Juliet is still here. Roommate dinner tonight?"

Aaron gave a small frown. "I had plans, but this is much more important."

"Guys, you don't have to do this." I said, shaking my head.

Aaron ruffled my hair. "Yes we do. You're still here."

"That's an answer to prayer." Corey added. "When Sam told us you were in the hospital, we didn't know what would happen. I remember Kat and Devyn sobbing and holding each other. The rest of us were in shock. We're glad you're okay."

"Well thanks, guys."

That evening, after an afternoon of music and editing, we went to a nice restaurant for dinner. "Whoa, guys. This is too much."

Aaron patted my shoulder. "It's a celebration of life. It's not enough."

Colby nodded. "I agree with Aaron. This just feels like a cheap thing to do compared to the value of your life."

"Very well. I can see that there's no reasoning with you guys."

Corey shook his head. "I'm glad you've realized that. Come on. Let's go."

We walked inside and since we apparently had a reservation, we were seated. I sat in the middle of the booth between Sam and Colby.

Some girls walked up to us and one said, "We're really sorry to disturb you, but we were wondering if we could get a picture with you, Juliet. You're such an inspiration to us."

I gave them a small smile. "Sorry, guys. I'm off of social media for the time being. A mental health thing. I can sign something for you if you'd like."

The girls shared a look and the one who had spoken before nodding. "That'd be great."

She handed me a piece of paper, as did her friends, and I signed them. The smaller of the three girls said, "I'm glad you're working on your mental health. We can't forget how important that is. I hope everything goes well, and we'll be waiting for you to come back."

"Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. Have a good night!"

"You too. It was wonderful to meet you!"

"Ditto."

The girls waved and walked off. Aaron gave his goofy smile. "They were so nice!"

"Yeah, they were. I'm really lucky. My fans are truly amazing. Since announcing my break, I've gotten so many sweet replies and people wishing me luck. They're why I do what I do."

Colby kissed me. "You, my dear, are such an inspiration."

I felt my cheeks heating up. I liked when Colby said such things, but it always embarrassed me, as I hate being the center of attention. Kind of weird for a YouTuber to feel that way, you know, being behind a screen and all.
