Poem 32

"Stray"

I always care for you
Do you even notice it?
I always send you messages
Did you even read it at least once?
I am always right here next to you
Do you even need me?
I always say, 'I'm always here to help you'
But, why do you keep on pushing me away?
I think I already knew half of you
But, do you even know that I exist?
I think I already love you
But, do you even care about it?
Yes, I am like that gormless stray cat who needs love and attention from my owner who keeps on throwing me away
I'm showing him my love but my owner still always left me astray
