Chapter 13

"How was your night so far?" She asked

"It was fun! We played a couple of board games-- Hey! Don't laugh! It was fun! You just missed it out!" I scolded her when I saw her chuckling when I said we played board games

"I'm glad you had fun, Jennie," Lisa stated and tiredness was audible

"Hey... Why don't you take a rest? It seems like you need it," I replied. Even though I want to keep talking to her, I don't want her to be more tired than she already is.

"That sounds like a good plan, wifey. I'll see you tomorrow," Lisa said

"I'll see you tomorrow," I replied

"Alright! Bye! I love you!" She stated with a smile that also made me smile

I was about to answer her but she cut me off.

"And you don't have to reply to that. I just want you to know that I do, Kitten!" Lisa said and I nodded

"Goodnight, ass face," I told her

"Sweet dreams, brat!" And with that, she ended the call

"So, seems like our power couple will come to life sooner than we thought," Seulgi said

I didn't even notice that they actually followed me. Lisa's best friend, Bambam, smiled at me.

"She's never lovesick until you came," He stated with a smile

"Spill the tea, do you feel the same as she does?" Chaeyoung asked

There's no point in hiding it. I should be proud that Lisa is courting me duh! It's Lisa! I can feel my cheeks getting red and I nodded and they all cheered.

"I thought so!" Ten said

"Our li'l Manoban is not little anymore!" Jisoo exclaimed

Irene and Chaeyoung hugged me.

"Don't tell it to her yet. Let her ask you," Seulgi stated that made everyone silent

"Seul, what?! Don't we want them together ASAP?" Irene asked

"I want to know how far Lisa would go! If she would actually feel that Jennie feels the same way!" Seulgi reasoned out and we all nodded

Your hard work paid off, Manoban. Your stubbornness has led me to fall for you like you always wanted. I never think that I would fall for the troublemaker whose messes I always have to clean up but here we are. It's up to you and me now, Manoban.

Lisa's PoV

I was woken up by the endless ringing of my phone. I answered it without checking who the caller is.

"Lisa-yah! It's about time you answered! It's been ages!" I took my phone far from my ear when I heard Bambam's annoying voice

"I just woke up, what's up?" I answered hoarsely and I heard that there were a lot of whispering going on

"I'm on speaker, aren't I?"  I asked

"Well, yeah! Everyone's been worried sick! In case, you forgot! You're an hour and a half late!" Bambam said and I looked at the time on my bedside table

9:30 am. I quickly sat up.

"Ugh!" I groaned when I felt the pain on my abdomen

"What happened?" Bambam asked

"N-nothing. I'll be there in a few," I told him and I ended the call

I'm having troubles walking. It was as if somebody's trying to squeeze me as tight as they possibly can and I'm not liking it. When I went to the bathroom, I got a towel and I bit on it.
