Not aggressively, of course, but firmly. If his actions are effecting you and your life in a negative way, you have a right to tell him how you feel about it.
2. Leave it be:
Don't worry, It might not even be about you. You never know what's going on with someone's life. Just leave it be, and if it persists after a few days, you could try asking him if he's okay and what is going on.
3. Keep living life
If he's ignoring you for attention or because you think he's jealous, just keep going on without him.
Show him that you can live, have fun and be happy without him. Show him that you are strong and maybe he'll realise what he's doing.
