Self care notebooks
These are two ideas of self care notebooks that'll help you start your day positively or cheer you up when you need a little boost
I hope you'll like them!

1- Gratitude notebook
Every morning, when you wake up, write minimum 1 thing you're grateful for and say why on any notebook (you can have one specially for this). It can be anything you want, little and big things, and when you think about it they are so many things we are grateful for! This way you'll start your day positively and happily and it'll make you remember your chance to have this person, this thing, this relationship... In your life. It's a way to start your day motivated and thankful.

2- Compliments notebook
Everytime someone gives you a compliment, write it done on a notebook (you can also have one specially for this or have one notebook for both of these ideas together). You'll have a bunch of compliments already written down and when you have one of these days where you're feeling low, unloved and unworthy (it is of course not true but sometimes we just can stop ourselves from feeling this way) it's time to open this notebook and take a look at this list of compliments. It will make you feel better and motivated again!

I honestly think trying them out could have a huge impact on your days so why not it really doesn't take a lot of time for a very positive effect
