We wake up wrapped around each other, to the sound of my alarm. I manage to switch it off, but groan and turn back into Colby's chest
"No- I don't want to go."
He hums, I feel it through his body, and he murmurs
"Let's run away somewhere. Get on a different flight."
I sigh, I'd go anywhere with him. But sure enough, we get up and get ready to head to the Ferry, catching it back to Athens and head over to the airport and onto a plane straight away. It's a hell of a lot of travel. Our stop over is in Paris, the four hours goes fast. These flights are better, more entertaining. I'm sat next to Colby this time, although he has that gift of being able to fall asleep on a flight. I still don't. He wakes up at God knows what time, flicking his eyes up to me. I smile down at him as he sits up from laying on my lap
"Morning."
I mouth. He smiles, gently kissing me. It's sweet, full of love. But over tired and needing to move from sitting down so long, I can't help but bite into his bottom lip and progress it further. Within minutes, I'm straddling his lap, blanket over us as I grind against him. He clenches me to him, face muffled in the crook of my neck. I occupy my mouth from making noise my kissing his neck, biting into his skin. I feel him bite into my neck, and I whimper as his hips roll up into mine. He smirks, eyes dark on mine as he holds a finger to his lips. Testing me, he does it again. I have to clap a hand over my mouth. His lips graze my ear as he begins the dirty talking
"You going to be a good girl for me baby and ride me? Right here?"
I hum, biting my lip a little and nodding. Lowering my lips to his ear to whisper
"That depends- how much do you want me?"
He moves against me again, and tells me
"I've been wanting you for months. I need to make up for lost time."
I giggle, giving in. We move fast together, desperate, hungry for each other. Lips and teeth finding whatever skin they can reach, hands gripping hair and material of shirts. Gripping each other in attempt to remain silent. The whole danger of it making the situation all the more erotic. And I don't know whether it's the high altitude, the risk, how animalistic and rough we do it, having not been together for so long or a combination of it all is. But we melt together, the activity tiring me enough that I fall asleep on a flight for the first time ever. Wrapped in the warmth and security of his arms.

On the ground, we Uber separately to our respective homes. Colby making me promise to come over the next day after I'm caught up on sleep and settled in again. I'm happy to oblige. Besides, I need to talk to Kian. I'm not home for an hour before Kian let's himself in, running up behind me
"My girls home!"
He picks me up, hugging me too him. I giggle, accepting his kiss. He sets me down
"How was Greece?"
I smile, intertwining our fingers
"It was amazing... Yeah."
"I can't wait to see the videos."
I don't beat around the bush, it's better I do it now than let it go on any longer
"Kian-"
"You want to talk?"
I sigh, he knows me too well. I nod my head, and he puts me on the counter
"I'm listening."
My hands on either side of his face, I begin by saying
"Just, know that I love you Ki. I do, in one way or another I love you."
He nods, eyebrows furrowed
"Alright... you good?"
I nod, then shake my head
"I'm- I'm okay. But I'm not good. I didn't do something good. And... I'm sorry."
He sighs, dropping his head against mine
"You and Colby finally happened again, huh?"
I nod- but pause. How did he guess? He smiles over my face, tucking my hair behind my ear
"It's okay, Rey. It's okay."
He hugs me, and continues to explain
"I'm friends with the both of you. I know you both. I knew you guys were never over each other."
I raise an eyebrow
"Why did you get into this with me then?"
He smiles
"Because you're you. You're everything people say you are and more. Kind, compassionate, creative, driven, intelligent, adventurous. You have the biggest heart. The warmest soul. I just wanted to be with you in any way I can. For however long I can. Just to be able to know I was worthy of any time with you at all. I love you, darlin'."
I can't help the smile that comes to my face
"I didn't expect that."
He shrugs
"Hey- it doesn't mean I'm not sad. I'm gonna miss you- but we're best buds. We'll always be good."
With once last kiss, that's it. Kian and I aren't together, but we're good. He stays and hangs out a while longer, letting me show photos of the trip and helping me choose which ones to post. We order in postmates for dinner and he heads home. I focus on settling in after that. Doing some washing, hanging with Di, having a shower and finally crashing.

It's a long and heavy sleep, and even when I wake up, I don't go anywhere fast. The day is slow, I do more washing and take my time getting up and ready. I don't head over to Colby's until around five- it's pizza night at Sam's anyway. I'm actually early. But a problem presents itself, since Colby and I haven't been together, I'd don't have my keys or anything to get in anymore. Thank God for the shining light walking towards me
"Alaska! Good to see you dear. It's been a few months."
I grin
"Mrs Everett! So lovely to see you. How've you been?"
"Wonderful, dear. And yourself?"
"Amazing- Colby and I just got back from Greece with our friends."
She laughs
"Greece! And here I was thinking you two had broken up."
I nod
"I mean- we did. But we're good now."
She exhales
"Oh good- I wasn't going to say anything in case you didn't break up but he's been quite the Casanova these past couple months."
Almost a blow, but I don't have any right to be mad at him for based off that. I was in a relationship, he was allowed to see other people. But things have changed again. She lets me in, and hugs me
"None of them as pretty as you of course."
I giggle
"Thank you Mrs Everett, I'll see you again soon. We still have to have our tea date."
She sends me on my way
"I'll have the scones made."
I make my way up to his level, knocking on the door and calling through it.
"I want my key back!"
I hear a commotion inside, and the time in which it takes him to get to the door is delayed. Only it isn't him who opened the door
"He's busy. Come back later."
It isn't even Shea- at least I know how to deal with that bitch. But I still recognise who this is
"Savannah?"
I met her earlier in the year, we've hung out a few times. We're not best friends but we get along enough when we see each other at parties. She's actually a cool person, and I'm mad I ever thought she was. She's a complete bitch now, shutting the door in my face after addressing me like that. I don't even react. Just step back and head back down the hallway to the elevator. I see Colby's face appear just in time for the doors to close between us and the lift to take me back down to ground.
