RHAENYRA DID NOT SPEAK TO ALICENT OR DAENYS FOR A MONTH, only glaring as the engaged couple walked through the halls. Lord Corlys had left not a week after Daenys denied his daughter as her wife. Alsauna Stark had sent a letter informing her that no grudge would be held. Everything except Daenys relationship with her sister was okay. She tried to speak to her but Rhaenyra never spoke back.

Daenys had given up, and spent the time with Alicent or trying to convince Alicent to ride Cannibal with her. Daenys knew Cannibal wouldn't harm Alicent, her bond would never allow it. That's where you would find Daenys now, riding her horse to the Dragonpit with Alicent. Today was the day Daenys was determined to take Alicent into the skies and show her what a Targaryen does.

They arrived, Ser Criston waiting at the gates meaning Rhaenyra was here. Ser Harrold moved his horse beside Ser Cristons, as Daenys and Alicent dismounted. "Why must I ride with you every time?" Alicent asked with false annoyance, a small smile on her lips.

"Because I can do this here." Daenys laid a small kiss on the girl's lips. "Also because today I hope you will join me in the Sky." Alicent went to protest. "Cannibal needs to meet you, to make judge of you. He will never harm you, he understands my connection to you." She saw Alicents resistance fall at her words and let a smile grace her face. "Please."

Alicent huffed, agreeing and the two were led inside. Alicent stopped the second she felt the heat of the chambers at which Cannibal stayed but Daenys took her hand in hers and dragged her along. "Cannibal." That is when the menacingly black dragon with dark green eyes stepped out of the shadows. The dragon huffed at his rider and turned his head away. "Valītsos ȳdra daor sagon hae bona. Iksan vaoreznuni emi daor rode isse iā bōsa jēda."

The dragon turned back to his rider and laid his head down. Daenys released Alicent's hand and walked to Cannibal, resting her hand on his snout and laying her head against him. For what is supposed to be the most wild dragon to have ever lived, he was also the sweetest to his rider. After all, she almost died claiming him.

"Eman maghatan mirri syt ao naejot rhaenagon. Bisa iksis Alicent, kessa sagon ñuha ābrazȳrys. Nyke jorrāelagon ao naejot mīsagon zirȳla, sepār hae gaomā nyke." The words caused Cannibal to look at the red haired woman. "Alicent, come forward." The girl moved, but at a snail's pace. Once she reached in front of her dragon, Daenys took her hand and laid it on Cannibals snout. "Mīsagon zirȳla, va moriot mīsagon zirȳla."

The dragon gave what resembled a nod and laid down his wing. Daenys gently walked up the wing with Alicent, making sure the woman was secure before she secured herself. "Are you ready?" Daenys asked as she held the reins of Cannibal. She heard a quiet yes, and with that they were off to the skies. At first, Alicent screamed enough to make Cannibal annoyed. The dragon huffed once again but sped up.
