Still getting over some writers block, so I apologize in advance for the quality of this chapter. Enjoy!

THIS CHAPTER IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

You lay in your bed, trying to sleep but couldn't. You rolled over to snuggle into Neptune's warm body, only to find her small figure missing. You groan and look at the clock on the nightstand, which read 4:21 AM. You wait for her to come back from what you presume is a trip to the bathroom.

You started to grow concerned when she hadn't returned 20 minutes later, and decide to go check in her. However, when you get to the bathroom, you find the door open and the room empty. You begin to search the rest of the building in a panic.

"Nep? Nep where are you!?" you scream her name. You catch a glimpse of somebody behind you out of the corner of your eye. Following the figure into the room, you start to greet Neptune, but find the room is empty as well.

"Nep? This isn't funny" you say shakily, searching the room for the small purple haired girl.
You leave empty handed however, leaving you confused as you see the figure once again dart into another room. You give chase, only to find this room empty as well.

"What the hell is going on?" you mutter to yourself, annoyed that you can't find Neptune. After wandering for a bit longer, you enter the kitchen.

"Maybe she got a snack" you theorized aloud. You grabbed a plate since you were a little hungry as well, and you knew you'd need energy to keep hunting down Neptune. You opened the fridge, and gasped in terror, the plate falling from your hand and shattering into many pieces, as your heart did the same.

On a plate in the middle of the fridge lay Neptune's severed head, eyes still open, but lifeless, face contorted in the horror of death. The head was placed in the fridge like one would put a leftover cake from a party that still had too much of the whole to be laid on its side.

"N-Nep? W-what? N-no!" you stammered, your brain in far too much shock to form any kind of intelligible sentence. You turned to run to the toilet, since you felt as if your entire stomach was trying to escape your body, only to run into a familiar woman with short black hair, and an even more familiar smile.

"Y-you! You're the woman who kidnapped me!" you cried, as she came closer, her only reply grinning more. You noticed a flash from her hand, and looked down to see a katana. She grinned, bringing the blade up, before pulling down as the blade swung down with tremendous speed, about to sever your head.
