"Tatum I"
"I forgive you but" I was cut off by her excitement. It looked fresh. As if she hasn't been excited in forever. It look new and relevant.
"Tatum I can't get back with you" her excitement dropped as low as it possibly could. Her smile fell. Her hands left mine. Her eyes studied mine.
"What...why" she said I could hear the beginning of her voice crack.
"Tatum I love you I do but,"
"If you love me then there shouldn't be a BUT"
"LISTEN! Tatum we just went through our first fight and I- I lost trust with you" I fiddled with my bracelet.
"You- you lost trust" at this point I could see a glistening barrier of tears forming in her eyes.
"Tatum, mi amor. You broke my heart. I felt empty. Damnit I was numb. I couldn't feel anything. Not angry at how u lied, not sad at how I left. I was a pit of darkness with one source of light that was too far for me to reach. I can't do that again. I want to be with you but I can't- not until I can trust you"
"what are we supposed to do willow?"
"We are gonna work on it mi amor. We are building back the trust that was broken. We will be together in the future but for right now we can't" I held both of her hands and she processed what I said.
God I don't know if I can do this! I miss her so much and watching her cry is heartbreaking. I want to cup her cheeks and bring her close to my face. I want to feel her embrace, but it's not healthy.
"Ok willow. I'll wait for you." I hugged her as if she was going to fade away. In a sense she was but for now she isn't going anywhere.
In the mist of our hug I could hear faint claps progressing Into louder applause. We parted our hug and smiled at the boys. I said my goodbyes to the band and Tatum and went back home with Jaden and August.
Tatum pov
She walked into my life then walked out. Because of me. I have to do something to take my mind off of her.
"Hey um Brandon"
"Yea tate"
"Can I use your studio real quick"
"Huh, why"
"Please Brandon you owe me"
"Fine. You should know where it is."
I smiled and parted ways from the band and into the studio. I sat down and started fiddling with the controls. I made a soft 80's style beat. Free styling, I ended up writing a song in a span of 4 hours.

"EDWIN!! EDWIN" I called out for the short Dominican boy.
He stuck his head into the room hesitant to enter. I motioned for him to come sit.
"I need your help egg"

"Ok I accidentally wrote a song right. About her and now I wanna record it but I'm not that good at it."
He looked at me as if I shot his dog.
"Why tf u called me. Ion know how to work this shit. I'll go get Brandon-"
"NO, don't get Brandon"
He sat back down.
"Edwin it's not hard I already have it set up so all you have to do it press record." He nodded in response. I walked into the sound booth and told him to click play on the track. I placed the headphones on my curly hair and soon the beat flowed through the stereo and the headphones.

After belting out the words from my heart I let the music fade out. Out of breath, I put the headphones on the microphone and sat on the couch in the sound booth. Then I heard clapping.
The boys had came inside.
"Damn tate u wrote that" Zion asked
I nodded.
"I'm guessing it was about her..." Austin suggested
"Yea, it is"
"Well do you wanna release it?" Nick asked
I haven't thought of that. Is it too soon. I don't wanna scare her away, but the song means a lot to me.
"Not yet I think I'm gonna send it to her first."
Hopefully this doesn't ruin anything we were building. They nodded in agreement then started telling me about how great the song was. My mind immersed in thoughts of her and her reaction.
"Tatum" nick called
"Tatum" austin attempted
"TATUM" Zion tried
"TATUM RENEE" Edwin yelled
I looked up to the worried group and smiled.

I want them together RIGHT NOW, but it will help with the plot for them to work for it.
