Chapter 4

"Loni you have to keep the wheel straight!"

"But what's the point?! We're not going anywhere fun"

"Sure we are Loni. Your taking me to the mall" I told him brightly

"Why didn't you say so?!"

He won... And I hugged him

"You did it Loni! I'm so proud of you!"

"... Thanks (Reader)" he said with a unnoticeable blush on his cheeks.

Linka and I were waiting for Loni to get back from the DMV... But when he did... A police man was with him...

"It's not fair. When I did all that in the game, I won. You people need to get your rules straight" Loni argued while walking to his room

"So that's your plan Linka. Teah Loni to drive... He can't even drive a lawnmower" Loki said appearing out of nowhere.

"Trust me. Your gonna fail. You and Loni both"

"Your wrong! Loni can do it! I believe in him" I said getting ticked off.

"... Fine, but are you willing to make a bet out of it?"

"What kind of bet?"

"If Loni gets his license, I won't make anyone in this house do my chores for me anymore"

"And if you win?" I asked hesitantly

"you have to do everything I tell you"

"Deal" I said reaching my hand out to him for him to shake, but when he did take it he pulled me  closer and wrapped an arm around my waist before whispering in my ear

"Good luck... Your gonna need it..."

And then he just walked away.

Linka just stood there with a 'wtf just happened?' look on her face

"Don't worry (Reader). We got this" Linka reassured me

We ran upstairs to find Loni carving wood

"Hey Loni... Uh... What are you doing?"

"Going back to making Loki's bed"

"Nice craftsmanship. But you can't give up on driving! It was our fault you didn't pass the test" Linka explained to Loni

"Maybe I'm just not ment to be behind the spinny thingy"

Next thing we know all our brothers pitched in to set up some stuff to make it look like a car.

"Nice try guys but we don't need all this stuff. We just need to think like Loni" I said calmly feeling proud that I thought od that first

"Your right (Reader). Time for a new set up"

And within a few tries he was ready for the lawnmower.

"Good luck Loni, and no pressure or anything but if you fail I'll be Loki's property forever..." I explained to him

"Don't worry (Reader) I won't let that happen"

I kissed his cheek

"Good luck"

He smiled and rubbed his cheek

"I won't need it"

And with that he rode the lawnmower perfectly. We all cheered as he came to a stop

Loki's POV

"Dang it where is everyone?" I mumbled to myself while trying to cary my dirty laundry, but then I hear cheering

I went to one of my brother's rooms and looked out the window. There I saw Loni driving the lawnmower better than he ever should be able to. He got off and (Reader) ran into his arms. He caught her and spun her around while holding her tightly.

"I'm not giving the car keys or (Reader) up that easily"

I went to bed early and pretended to be asleep. As soon as Loni went to sleep I put headphones on his ears that gave him bad driving advice. I went right asleep after that.

(Reader) POV

We were waiting in the living room for Loni to get back...

"There you are, don't you need a ride to the comic book store? Lavender sheets. Don't forget"

"No thanks. I think I'll wait for Loni to get back from the DMV" Linka told Loki

"Tch. He's not gonna pass. Now get to washing"

"Actually I'm pretty sure he's gonna pass"

"No he won't... I made sure of it" he mumbled the last part to himself

"Wait. What?" I asked slowly

"Uh nothing"

"Oh no you don't. If you don't tell us what you did then so help me I will use your intestines as a jump rope" I threatened

"Fine. I might have sabotaged Loni by giving him bad driving instructions while he was asleep but its only because if Loni can drive my room will never clean and no ine will ever need me for anything ever again. I CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN!"

I slapped him across the face and grabbed his shoulders

"Are you freaking crazy?! What if your bad driving instructions makes Loni Crash?! What if he gets hurt?!"

"I didn't think of that..."

"We Have to get to the DMV!"

When we got there Loni was already walking outside.

"Oh thank goodness he's okay..."

"And maybe he passed" I mentioned hopefully

"No he did not. He did however drive on the wrong side of the road, neglected to check his mirrors, and commented on the driving instructors weight" said the same cop from before

"Well that makes 14... I guess I'll have to drive the lawnmower forever" Loni said sadly

"Loni... it wasn't your fault"

"Yes it was. You two worked so hard ti help me pass... You even learned how to speak Loni. I blew it..."

"I can't take it anymore! It wad my fault. I sabotaged your test" Loki confessed

"Sab-o-tajed?" Loni repeated, trying to figure it out

"It's like when he bought the new Black butler T-shirt he knew you wanted" Linka explained

"How could you?!"

"I'm really sorry Loni! But I know how to make it up to you!"

"you'll buy me the T-shirt?"

Que the face palm moment

"It was really nice of you to help Loni practice for his next test" Linka said politely.

"It was the least I could do..."
