Chapter 4: Project making

Marinette woke up. Her head hurts a little, but it's not that bad. She checked her arm and it was still sore. She took a bath and changed her clothes. She made sure that no one noticed her wound. So she wore her black jacket under her white shirt and fixed her homework.

Is the wound okay Marinette? Tikki asked in her small voice.

It's a little sore and it still hurts. She replied.

I never saw a villain in all my life ripped the suit. Tikki gasped.

Really? Marinette questioned tikki. Then she really is powerful.

She is the first to rip the suit. Tikki added.

What happens if it happens again? Marinette nervously asked.

I don't know actually. Like I said, I never seen anything like it before. Tikki said.

Do you think master fu knows what will happen? Marinette asked her little kwami friend.

It's better to ask him himself. Tikki smiled.

Then we better pay him a visit. Here, we still have 25 minutes before school starts.
I'm sure we can stop by for a couple of minutes for some questions. Marinette thought.

She grabbed her bag and rushed downstairs to eat breakfast.

Goodmorning mama,

Oh goodmorning sweety. Sabine replied. Your early....

Hehe....Marinette nervously laughed.

After she ate breakfast she went to master fu.

G..good morning master! Marinette greeted him.

Ah,Marinette...I've been expecting you. He smiled.

Marinette sat down on a cushion.

Let me see your wound. Master fu said, while getting some herbs.

Oh..uhh...actually I- Marinette stammered.

That akuma is very powerful. The victim might have a very strong emotion. It is better to let me see the wound. Since that it is very new that after many centuries that we have not experienced anything like it.

Marinette nodded.

She took of her jacket and showed master fu her wound.

I see. Master fu rubbed his beard.

This should help stop the swollen wound. Master gave her a green paste.

Marinette gently rubbed the paste on her wound and thanked him.

You'll be fine, ladybug. Master fu smiled as Marinette opened the door and left.

~At school~

Hey girl! Alya waved at Marinette.

Hey alya! Marinette waved back.

Alya put her hand on her arm where the wound was and walked with her.

Marinette felt it but she was okay.

Sooo...are you ready? Alya teased.

Ready for what? Marinette questioned alya.

I can't believe you forgot! Alya shook her head.

Forgot what? Marinette still clueless.

the project with Adrien! Alya snickered.

Marinette completely forgot.

Oh ya! Marinette nervously smiled.

The bell rang,

C'mon let's go! Alya rush's to their classroom door.

~After school~

Marinette waved good bye to alya and nino.

As she turned around she saw a pair of green eyes staring back at him.

Hey Marinette, Adrien waved.

GAH! Marinette fell into shock.

Oh sorry, Adrien gave her a hand to help her stand up.

Sooo...are you ready? Adrien nervously asked.

Uhh,ya! Sure...Marinette smiled.

Okay then,come on! He opened the car door to signal Marinette to go inside.

The car ride was very awkward but they managed to go quickly to the mansion.

The doors swang open.

Natalie was standing right in front of the door.

Hey Natalie,this is Marinette. She's my partner for our project at school.

Natalie blinked. I'll tell your father that you have guests.

Thankyou Natalie. And proceeded to walk Marinette to his room.

This is my room. Adrien said,

Wow. Marinette said in shock.

His room was really big. Almost the size of her house. Yet, she would never thought to see his room. In person.

Here, Adrien sat down on the couch, let's do the project here.

Uh..sure! Marinette sat down and they started working on the project.

A couple of minutes later, Natalie knocks on the door.

Would you like some snacks? As Natalie held a tray with gourmet foods all over it.

Adrien looked at Marinette. Sure he said.

Natalie placed it on the table and left.

Wow...you eat this? Marinette spoke.

Ya, my personal chef make these. Though I would eat your pastries instead. Adrien laughed.

Marinette giggled. Is that so?

Here, he gave her a fruit salad and took a bite.

Wow, this is really good. She thought.

I CANT BELIEVE I ATE FOOD WITH ADRIEN! she told herself.

Adrien giggled, it isn't the best but I got used to it.

Isn't the best? This is DELICIOUS! Marinette replied.

Adrien laughed again. They both laughed.

After a couple of hours the sun was about to sat down.

I better go. Marinette said.

My body guard can drop you off. Adrien replied.

No,No... she said I can walk.

Are you sure? Adrien asked,

Ya,I'll be fine. She grabbed her bag and opened the door.

See you tomorrow. Adrien waved.

Thankyou. As Marinette blushed and left.

~Back at home~

—MARINETTE—

She collapsed on her bed and hugged tikki.

I can't believe it tikki! I worked on a project with Adrien! In his room!

Tikki giggled you even ate gourmet food for the first time.

Marinette blushed.

It was the best day ever she thought.

And then she fell asleep.
