It was a long day at work and I was exhausted. I couldn't wait to get back to my apartment and sleep. It was nearly 6:00 pm so I didn't have much time after to do things.

My door key was in my purse so I started to look through it and realized I should probably organize my purse better. I noticed that the apartment across from mine was finally rented out. "Mya, is that you." A familiar voice questioned behind me. I whipped around to see it was a old school friend.

"Daniel, I- what are you doing." I said without noticing the box in his hands. "Are you renting here?" I asked him.

"Actually yes, If I'm correct I'm moving in right across from you. I didn't know you lived here." He said while setting the box down and starting to open his door.

"Oh, well yah I moved in about a year ago." I said in a hurry to get into my apartment. I haven't seen him in years and our past was complicated. "I'm sorry I'm in a hurry but it was nice meeting you." I said before shutting my door.

I can't believe this was actually happening. My ex was moving in right across from me, And I'm not sure I ever fell out of love with him.

I seen my reflection in the mirror and I was blushing, I hope he didn't notice. I wonder if he felt the same way as me. Probably not.

I woke up the next morning. There wasn't any work today so I figured I would get some house chores done.

I got up and slipped into the shower real quick because I didn't get one last night. The water was hot but I didn't mind because it was relaxing. I dried off and put on a silk robe, it stuck to my body. I didn't expect any visitors so I didn't get clothed yet.

I was on my way to the kitchen when I heard someone knocking. Who is knocking at 9:45 in the morning.

I opened the door slightly being careful to not show my slim fitting robe. It was Daniel. I should have of guessed.

"Hey sorry if I came at the wrong time, I'll come back." He apologized noticing I just got out of the shower and had a towel wrapped around my head.

"No it's fine, come on in." I said trying to get his attention. I signaled for him to sit on the couch. "Would you like anything to drink?" His eyes were staring down at my chest. I remembered this robe stuck to me and my nipples were visible through it. I was kinda embarrassed so I walked further into the kitchen.

"No thank you, I was just coming over to ask how things have been going." He said taking his eyes off me and started to look down. "We both sure have grown since high school." He said with a smirk on his face. He was the same asshole he was back then.

"Oh shush it!" I said while walking into my room. "I'm going to change really quick." I told him before taking off the robe and pulling a pair of red suede underwear on.

"Can I see? Something I haven't seen in forever." He jokingly says. It was quiet for a second. I turned around and he was standing in the doorway.

"DANIEL!!" I jumped into bed and covered myself with a blanket. I could feel my cheeks getting red and hot.

"What, just a little fun." He turned the lights out and shut the door. It was almost completely dark. Just a bit light was coming from behind the curtains. I could hear him coming closer to the bed and I was wondering what his intentions were.

"Is this really about to happen." I pulled the blankets off and stood up infront of him. I put my hands on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me positioning his hands on my bare back.

"Yes mya, like back then but we're both more mature." He whispered and moved his lips onto mine. I kissed him back slipping my tongue through.
