But I'm not a liar!

"Are you calling me a liar?"

Current; 

"W-what?!" You sputter, getting your breath back. 

LN snaps his jaws at you threateningly. "I asked- Are you calling me a liar?"

"N-No! Of course not!" You feel as if your parents were scolding you, daring you to tell them that they are wrong. Which always led to being cuffed afterwards. 

You hear a snicker and glare out of the corner of your eye at your sister, X, who is laughing, amused that you have gotten yourself in trouble. Your Mother/Father stares at you, disappointed. 

A paw obscures your vision as LN puts his/her paw in front of your eyes. "I expect an answer."

"I already told you!" You cry out. 

"I didn't hear it. So shout it out. Loud enough for the whole clan to hear."

"Why?" You begin crying softly. This is so unfair! This is humiliating! And you didn't even do anything!

"Because I said so, and I'm your leader and can kick you out of the clan right now if I so wish to." 

Your ears begin to burn with embarrassment as the evening hunting patrol comes in, along with your Father/Mother, and your brother. 

"LN, that's enough!" A voice cuts out. 

Heads turn to the side, as the medicine cat, Amberleaf steps out. 

"That's enough, LN. This is not necessary. YN brought back seven pieces of prey, but I asked her to bring the six mice to my den for me and Silverpaw. We have been working hard to get supplies ready for the cold, and were very hungry."

You stare astonished, while Amberleaf lies for you. 

"You are not well in the head right now, LN." Amberleaf says softly. "Come into my den, and I'll have you laying down, so that you can feel better."
