Chapter 7: School Rivals "I can't believe she's spreading rumors." -Mari ___________
The next week wasn't that terrible other than me dodging Aria and fighting crime with Mari. Sometimes it can't just be easy and I could have a normal life.
As we arrived this morning and I opened my locker it smelt like dead fish. "What is that smell?" Mari asked as she saw the dead fish guts that were now on my clothes and on the floor.
"Well...well well if it's not Carly the girl who smells like dead fish." Aria said coming next to her locker with her brother and his friend. "Jokes on you Aria or Arianna I'm ok smelling like dead fish it isn't the first time someone though of such a "cliche" way of a bully to do this." I said as she walked away angerily.
"I hate you Carly Ivy." She said as she walked away. "I don't care." I said walking away with a change of clothes.
After changing I watched as Aria was watching me where a $1000 dollar outfit which beats her outfits by far.
As we headed to gym class with Melissa, Aria came through and gave me a glare. "You know glaring can cause more wrinkles to your skin when your older." I said as she walked away running to check if she had wrinkles. The shock in her eyes was priceless.
I walk over to the rope and climb it fast enough that everyone is in complete utter shock of how fast I climbed up that rope. I got the gym teacher even to clap for me. I watched as Aria threw a dodgeball at me and like always I dodged it her throw is like a girl who can't throw and is being petty. Oh wait she is.
After I got down, "Students." The gym teacher yelled for our attention. "We will be playing dodgeball today and whoever wins gets a chance to be hung on our dodgeball weekly toturment wall.
"I will win that picture and it will be me holding a sign of me punching out your face Carly." Aria said as she dropped a book on the floor and it was mine one of the ones I had to clean dead fish off of.
As we started playing Aria was just paying boys to beat our team. But what she didn't know is this dodgeball game is similar to the one my dad taught me skills of how to beat. I hit the strongest boy on the team. Then the guy in the back. Mari hits the other, while Melissa hits the guy in front of Aria. Her face goes to utter shock as she picks up a ball and hands it to a smart kid.
He looks shocked as I hit him lightly with a ball. And she yells. "Carly Ivy is a cheater." She said trying to spread a rumor as Melissa opened her mouth, "Says the girl who has $100 bills giving out $20 to most guys except your "friend" plus your paying them just to get the skilled people out. So I would shut up Aria since Carly just has mad skills." She said as Aria screamed and the P.E teacher called her parents.
Before school was over everyone was looking at me weird. "Carly look at this." Mari said as I looked at a fake Instagram post Aria made.
