Chapter 1

Jimin's POV:

I opened my eyes and I saw the familiar blue ceiling of my room in the hospital. I got up and took my phone on the side of my bed to check what time it is.

I groaned when I felt that familiar pang on my head.

"AHHHH MOM PLEASE HELP ME" I shouted as I endure the pain on my head.

As I continued shouting I heard the door opened and I saw my mom running towards me with a bunch of nurses behind her.

I kept on crying and shouting as the pain on my head doubled which felt like my head was being hit by a hammer.

"Mom please make it stop, It hurts so much!!" I said while my mom was in tears and holding my hand and kept on telling me that everything will be alright.

It was the last thing I heard before I drifted into the darkness once more.

I opened my eyes when I heard two people talking. I saw my mom talking to my doctor Mr Kim Seokjin about something, they were too focus on talking that they didn't sense that I was already awake.

I just chose to kept my eyes shut and listen to what they were talking about.

"Mts Park I'm sorry to tell you this but your son's condition have gotten worse"

"Please do anything to cure my son. He's the only one I have left." I heard mom my plead.

"We're doing our best to cure him Mrs Park but he needs to undergo an operation"

"I've been trying to convince him to do it but he really doesn't want to no matter what I try" My mom said in a hoarsed voice.

"Please keep on trying this is the only way for him to survive." That was the last thing Mr Kim said before going out to the door.

My mom kept on crying while I remain silent and listen to her sobs filled with sorrows.

"Mom" I called out to her. She became agitated and stop sobbing and hurriedly fixed herself.

She walked to me and sat on the chair beside my bed. I felt her carressed my hair while smiling but I can still see the sorrow in her eyes.

"How are you dear? Does it still hurt?" She asked.

"I feel fine now mom" After I said that it became very silent and I just looked at my mom who was busy carressing my hair.

"I heard what Mr Kim said mom" She just lowered her head and smiled at me

"Everything will be alright Jimin just please take the operation."

"Mom we've talked about this right? You know I really don't want to do that operation eversince the beginning."

"I know I know bu-but..." My mom said stattering.

"Mom even if I take the operation there's still a big chance that I'll die from it" I told my mom while I was smiling but I was also hurt I was just trying to hide it.

She just stared at me and her tears started to flow through her cheeks and I just hugged her and hold back my tears.

"If only your father was still alive this wouldn't have happened"

I just hugged my mom until the door opened again.

"Oh did I interrupt you guys? Sorry" Mr Kim told us.

Me and my mom just chuckled and told him it was alright. He just nodded and smiled.

"Jimin you're going to have a new nurse tomorrow." Mr Kim said that made me curious.

"Why Mr Kim? What happened to Rośe?" I asked him. Rośe was my nurse eversince I got here in the hospital. She was such an angel and she accepted me eventhough I was gay and we became best friends.

Mr Kim sighed and said "She's going to go back to her hometown. She told me her mother is deeply sick and that she's going to take care of her."

"Oh that's saddening I hope everything will be alright her and her mother" My mom said.

I just stayed quiet and hoped that she and her mother will be okay.

"Your new nurse will go here tomorrow morning, I'll be leaving now." Mr Kim told us and headed towards the door

"Mr Kim?" I called out his name before he could open the door.

He turned around and told me "Yes Jimin?"

"Does he already know about me being a..." I couldn't continue my words because I was nervous.

"About your sexuality?" He asked and I nodded my head.

"Yes he knows and don't worry he's okay with it" He assured me and then smiled.

"Okay thank you Mr Kim" I smiled at him and he nodded his head smiling.

"I'll be leaving now"

"Thank You again Mr Kim for everything" My mom said before he left.

For some reason I feel so nervous and excited about my new nurse.

I just laughed at myself before I tuck myself into the bed.

"I hope he's cute" I whispered before closing my eyes and driffing to a deep slumber.
