"hey" I said as I stood in the doorway of Raheem's room
"what you doing here?" he asked
"damn okay I see when I'm not wanted" I laughed
"of course you are you idiot" he chuckled
"good because you're stuck with me" I smiled as I jumped onto his bed
"okay seriously what's going on?" he questioned as he sat down next to me
"I was bored so I wanted to see if you wanted to come get coffee with me or something" I told him
"oh so something has happened with you and Rashy then" he smirked
"how did you know?" I asked surprised
"he was all grumpy in training since the flight, and you always go to get a drink with him" he replied
"you're too smart" I pouted
"detective Raz you know" he winked "but seriously what happened?"
"he tried to kiss me twice" I sighed
"oh my god!" he exclaimed
"yeah and then he said he'd love for us to be together but there's too much in the way, so I told him that we can't be as close as we were anymore" I explained
"oh Lils gimmie a hug then" he said opening his arms
"it's just irritating you know" I frowned
"trust me, give him some time and he'll realise the mistake he's making" he said
"thanks Raz, but you better go get changed so you can come with me" I told him
"ugh fineee" he moaned
"don't be aggy, you love hanging out with me" I winked
"you keep believing that babes" he chuckled

"sorry, I was just trying to get it out of him and he wouldn't break" he explained
"that's probably because he doesn't care" I sighed
"I think you'll find he cares a lot, he was on the verge of tears but he wouldn't tell me what was wrong" he said
"what?" I questioned
"yeah I walked into his room and he was so upset saying he didn't know what to do" he told me
"just tell him to stay with Lucia, it's easier for him, and after the World Cup he'll never have to see me again" I shrugged
"woah slow down, explain everything I have no clue what's going on" he blurted
"he tried to kiss me twice then said he'd love to be with me but there's too much in the way" I said
"what's in the way?" he asked
"Lucia and Gareth" I frowned
"well I'm pretty sure Lucia can easily be sorted, and your Dad has nothing to do with players relationships anyway" he replied
"that's what I thought, which is why I don't think he actually cares" I sighed
"nah this is actually bullshit now, I need to go speak to him" he announced
"Jess please don't, he's an adult he can figure his own shit out" I told him
"okay okay, I won't say anything" he agreed
"good, now since you're here can you pass me laptop it's on the floor and I couldn't be bothered to get up and grab it" I giggled
