"Lilly stand up" Marcus nudged to me as I sat on the bench

"oh shit" I gasped as I noticed everyone else singing the national anthem

"I can't believe you didn't realise" Marcus laughed as we sat back down

"honestly I was in my own little world" I giggled

"also I haven't had a chance to thank you for the other night properly, so thanks" he smiled

"don't worry about it, I didn't want you to hurt or injure yourself before the World Cup even started" I chuckled

"thanks, I didn't say anything weird right?" he asked

"you tried to kiss me again" I whispered

"oh right" he said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck

"you were drunk don't worry about it" I reassured him before we turned our attention back to the game

"go on Rashy you're gonna kill it" I encouraged him as he was getting ready to go on

"this is actually crazy" he said in disbelief

"I'm so proud of you!" I exclaimed

"you didn't say that to me" Raheem pouted as he walked to the bench after he was subbed off

"I'm sorry Raz I'm proud of you too" I told him

"it's fine I understand why you're prouder of Rashy" he smirked

"oh shush" I said rolling my eyes at him

"oh my god you're getting a hug from her while you're sweaty that's how you know she's proud" Marcus laughed

"yeah so treasure this" I giggled "Pencil Savage!" I squealed as I saw John

"not bad for a defender 'ey" he smirked

"c'mere" I told him holding out my arms

"wow a sweaty hug someone's happy" he chuckled

"that's what we were just saying" Harry exclaimed

"where's my Jess at? I know he'll be mad if I don't congratulate him on that goal" I asked Harry and John

"ahhhhh!" I screamed as I felt something ice go down the back of my top

"oh shit!" Harry and John shouted before bursting out into laughter

"Rashford and Lingard I'm gonna kill you!" I shouted before turning around to face them

"how did you know it was us?" Marcus asked amused

"who else would it have been?" I said rolling my eyes at them 

"I'm sorry we couldn't not" Jesse smiled

"I was gonna compliment your goal but now I'm not" I pouted

"don't worry I already know it was a stunner" he winked

"but seriously I'm so getting you back for this beans" I frowned

"what about Jess!" Marcus gasped

"don't worry I'll deal with him later" I giggled

"alright calm down this is starting to sound like a murder plot" he chuckled

"that's because it is" I said bluntly

"okay you little psycho" Jesse laughed

"you wouldn't love me if I wasn't psycho" I pointed out

"I don't love you, that's Marcus babe" he smirked

"alright calm down" Marcus said shaking his head
