Saw Surtr during a mishap chapter selection which led me to Book 3 and added him to the kill list. And then I got this guy.

Power wise I'd vouch for Ike personally, but Sigurd's a cavalry unit. So he has the mobility benefit. Though later I ended up having both Ike and Sigurd in the same team for a breakthrough tactic.
