the music blares as you and woosung sing your hearts out to mr.brightside. you were visiting him after a while since he left to korea. you and woosung have been bestfriends since birth practically.

you start getting mini flashbacks to the last time you guys were hanging out. doing the exact same thing singing to mr.brightside and being wild teenagers. except that night will always be your favorite out of many because that's when your best friend took your first kiss. you never thought it would happen but it did. you guys never really talked about afterwards but it was fine.

"woosung remember last time we were hanging out like this"
"yeah it was wild"
you both chuckle thinking
"you remember what else happened that night"
you slightly look to side and remember staring back at him
"yeah you took my first kiss"
"well it wasn't just your first kiss"
you stare at him in confusion and then your eyes widen
"no way i took your first kiss?!"
he nods. you slightly laugh
"dude seriously weren't you like everyone's crush and didn't like almost every girl ask you out"
"well yeah but you know i rejected them"
"hm wonder why"
"because i fell in love with my best friend" you stare at him in shock
"w-what"
"i love you y/n"
"i-i love you t-too" he smiles looking like the happiest man in the earth. you smile back cause who wouldn't resist smiling at that little baby. he cups your cheeks putting your foreheads together staring into your eyes
"you have no idea how long i've waited for those words to come out of your mouth" he connects your lips and every inch of your body just melts. you react quickly and place your arms behind his neck. you feel him smile into the kiss and you just die on the inside. you pull back from eachother staring into eachothers eyes.

remembering that boy from high school and looking at him now makes you feel like the happiest person in the world. you finally had him and he had you.
