69. Canada. Pt 1

"Sebastian." It wasn't very often that she called him by his full name so she quickly had his attention. "Please talk to me."

"In a while liebe." He murmured and stepped in under the running water, taking her hand again to pull her in with him. She looked on as he stood under the water and closed his eyes, leaning his head back to let it rain down on his face and cascade down his body. It was a sight that made her heart beat a little faster, she knew she'd never tire of seeing his honed, athletic body. Bringing his face out from under the shower he opened his eyes to see her looking back at him, a look of concern still etched across her features. "I'm fine Chloe, really. It was just a bad dream." He pulled her close so that she was now under the waterfall shower with him and she stood on tip toes to kiss him. She felt him finally calm and relax as he kissed her back and wrapped his arms around her.

Chloe stood next to Sofia, Mattia's PA, watching on as Seb was interviewed with the team boss sitting by his side, they were at an event for Shell at the company's main office in Montreal and were currently coming to the end of a team Q and A session. Wearing black shorts, his red team shirt and with his sunglasses perched on top of his baseball cap he looked happy and relaxed as he answered questions with an unusual amount of honesty. He seemed like a different man compared to the tormented state he'd been in this morning and he still hadn't told her what he remembered of his nightmare, she had a feeling he probably never would. She checked the time on her watch and then unlocked her phone to look over his schedule for today. He had a short individual Q and A session next, followed by an interview with Anna from RTL after that. Then it was back to the track where Liam was going to film a fan Q and A along with Charles for Instagram, followed by a fan signing event, then he had a Q and A with the press and would end his day with a track walk and an early strategy and engineers meeting ahead of the practice sessions tomorrow. It was promising to be a busy day, but nothing that she wasn't used to by now. With the first part over a couple of people swooped in to remove the two stools vacated by Mattia and another team member to leave Seb perched alone in front of a logo filled backdrop. Chloe made her way to stand at the front of the group of assembled press, photographers and journalists and the questions very quickly began to be fired in her driver's direction. It was no surprise that one of the first questions he was asked was regarding the rumours that were circulating suggesting that he was going to quit the sport at the end of this year, one year before his current contract was due to expire. She rolled her eyes, this question was going to come up alot today just like the baby rumours question kept coming up in Monaco. Sensing that she was watching, his eyes flickered to her and his smile briefly got bigger as she puffed out her cheeks and pulled a face to try and make him laugh.
"Ahm....I've never said anything like it so I don't know where they've come from." He answered, quickly looking to his PA to see her pull another face at him. "I think I can stop when I want and the team can probably kick me out when I want, but I'm very happy with the team and I hope the team is happy with myself." He glanced at her again, this time he heard a snigger from someone close by, she'd been caught in the act and blushed bright red.

"How many more funny faces do you have in store for me liebe?" He grinned as he walked beside her back towards Ferrari's area in the paddock. They could see the area already set up where Seb was due to take his next press conference. A large group of journalists were already waiting, some he recognised from the Shell event this morning.

"Well I haven't got any new ones so I'll just have to recycle my old ones." She replied, looking at him. "I'm getting stomach pains, wanna share those?"

"Pain? Where?" He stopped, concerned straight away.

"Period cramps I think." She put her hand on her belly, feeling like someone was starting to twist her insides.
