What would be something that you would never do? How about something like kiss a guy that's seven years older than you and very hot in a cave while being almost killed? Seems like something that's very low on the do list doesn't it? Well, I'm stupid enough to do it.
To be fair to myself, I had panicked. Dimitri was speaking and I could hear the guard walking down, if I had suddenly cut off even our whispers it would have been suspicious so kissing him had been the next thing that came to my mind. It was simple enough in concept; making contact with our lips, it seems innocent enough. like people rub shoulders and that's not considered a big deal, kissing is the same in concept.

But concept is very different from reality. The kids had been everything I didn't want it to be. His lips were soft yet solid, almost radiating hope and calmness. The moment our lips touch I could feel the world around me slow, feel electronic shocks all over my body and everything, everything in the world had been just right for a moment.

... oh gosh, I'm going to die and not because of the kidnappers.
