—DOHYONs POV

it was so happy to hear from my parents that they like denise for me. pero actually i wasn't courting her yet, im just trying to make sure na kapag nilagawan ko siya hindi na siya magda-dalawang isip na sagutin ako.

after the family dinner with denise, my mom told me that she'll drive her home but i insisted kasi gusto ko ako yung kasama niya bago siya umuwi.

"hindi ka naman ba uncomfortable kanina?" i asked her habang naglalakad. she shook her head and smiled, "nakakatawa nga yung mommy mo eh! tas yung daddy mo naman siya yung bumibili ng mga jokes ng mommy mo." she laughed and it was like the best laugh i've ever heard.

"by the way, gusto kitang sunduin bukas kaso maaga akong aalis sa bahay tsaka baka maistorbo kita."

"no, its okay! kasama ko naman si dongpyo." she answered. nalaman ko nga pala kay hangyul hyung na si yohan hyung yung nagbabantay kay denise dun sa stalker niya. buti naman at gusto ni yohan hyung na bantayan siya.

dumating na kami sa harap ng bahay niya. i think this time is the right time to ask her.

"dohyon thankyou for today! na-enjoy ko ngayon." she smiled at me. i suddenly grabbed her right hand and started telling her things. "denise, thankyou dahil nag-agree ka na makipag dinner kasama parents ko. i really like you and kinakabahan ako lagi kapag magkasama tayo. pero i'll try to get used to it, so.."

i gathered up all my courage before finally speaking, "puwedeng manligaw?"
she gulped and i guess she was thinking properly. sana hindi naman siya nagulat sa tanong ko.

"uhm..s-sige," she stuttered.

parang sasabog na yung puso ko sa tuwa. i'm so happy that i can prove myself to her. "minus points ba dahil hindi kita masu-sundo bukas na umaga?"

she chuckled and said na hindi naman raw.

"denise thankyou talaga! i wont make you regret.." i smiled and kissed her cheeks. i couldn't tell kung namumula siya or hindi pero i can say that she was surprised because she wasn't looking at me.

"sorry, di ako nagsabi. masaya lang kasi ako."

and then after a while, pumasok na rin siya sa bahay nila.
