Lieutenant Eva Lee was the Allied intelligence officer under General Carville during the first and second iterations of the Third World War. Her main duty was to brief and assist the Allied Commander who was in charge of the bulk of the Allied forces.

Eva: "It's Lieutenant General now."
Y/N: "What?! When?!"
Eva: "Two days ago."
Y/N: "Why no one informs me about this?" I look around trying to find some answer.
Soldiers: "Er..."
Eva: "I want to surprise you." I look at her.
Y/N: "And you did surprisingly well. Good to have you back, Eva." We hug each other.
Eva: "It's good to be back, general."
???: "Ehem." I look at the door and saw Einstein reading some file andTanya folding her arms and look angry. We stop hugging.
Y/N: "Tanya, doc. What're you reading?"
Einstein: "It's a new VTOL that Spain made, codename Vindicator. If its work then it can replace our obsolete Harrier and through some upgrade, it can outclass BlackEagle."
Y/N: "Holy hell."
Tanya: "Yeah, yeah. Whatever, now Eva. Back! off!" She hugs my arm.
Eva: "Negative."
Tanya: "What?! What do you mean by, negative?!?!?"
Eva: "Watch your tone, special agent."
Tanya: "Why you!!!" She draws her pistols and walks toward us. I escape from Eva's hug and stay between them.
Y/N: "Let just calm down."
Tanya: "Get out of my way!"
Eva: "Special agent, I could send you all the way back to America if I want."
Tanya: "You!!!!"
Y/N: "Stop it!" Everyone focuses on me.
Y/N: "Thank you." I look at Tanya.
Y/N: "Are we ready to go yet?"
Tanya: "Oh, they need your encouraging words."
Y/N: "Fine open the speaker."
Tanya: "This is not over, Lieutenant General Eva Lee." Eva smirk.
Eva: "You can try special agent Tanya Adams." She looks at me.
Eva: "It's ready, general."
Y/N: " I cannot forecast to you the action of Russia. It is a riddle wrapped inside a mystery inside an enigma. I would say to the Congress 'I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat'... The Allied and JSDF forces outside are cheering aloud. Krukov speaks something in Russian and the Soviet forces cheer aloud as well. The gate open.
