Lilly walks down the street. She ditched her dance bag at the academy and is now wearing jeans and a jacket over her leotard.
She walks with her hands in her pocket.
Then she sees Vanya walking down the street with a man.
"Vanya." Lilly says.
Vanya turns around and sees Lilly. The man turns around as well.
"How'd you know I was here?" Vanya asks as Lilly stops next to her.
"Twintuition." Lilly says.
"You're twins?" A man whom Lilly does not know, asks.
"Yeah." Vanya says. "Uh, Lilly, this is Leonard, Leonard, this is Lilly, my twin sister."
"Fraternal?" Leonard asks.
"Identical." Lilly says.
"You guys don't look a lot alike." Leonard points out.
"Well, not anymore." Vanya says. "Leonard, you were saying?"
"It can wait till we're alone." Leonard says.
"She's my twin, it's fine." Vanya says.
"Okay, well." Leonard starts. "This might be a little inappropriate, seeing as I'm your impressionable young student, but would you want to have dinner with me tonight?" Vanya is silent and Lilly smiles. Lilly nudges Vanya with her elbow. "You don't have to if you don't want to."
"Yeah." Vanya says.
"It's fast --" Leonard starts.
"No, I - I'd like that." Vanya says,
"Yeah?" Leonard asks.
Lilly smiles at Vanya.
Vanya looks past Lilly.
"Allison?" Vanya asks and Lilly shrinks back a little.
"Okay, seriously, do you all have a tracking app on your phones?" Leonard mutters.
"Hey, Vanya." Allison says.
"Leonard, this is my sister, Allison." Vanya says.
"Wait a second, I know you. You were in that movie." Leonard says. "You're in the movie, the You were the lawyer. The tough one in the wheelchair, right?"
"Yeah." Allison says. "Yeah, that was me."
"You didn't tell me your sister was a movie star." Leonard says. "Wow! You were in that Umbrella thing, too, weren't you?" Then he looks to Vanya. "But you weren't in that, were you?"
"No, uh I was sort of the fifth Beatle of the family, both me and Lilly so..." Vanya trails off.
"I never really did like the Beatles." Leonard says. "More of a Stones guy, myself."
"Um, I'm sorry to interrupt, but, uh could you come back to the house?" Allison asks. "We're having a family meeting."
"And you guys want me there?" Vanya asks.
"Of course." Allison says. "We want both of you there."
Lilly looks up at Allison.
"It's about Mom." Allison says.
"I'm so sorry." Vanya says. "I--"
"Oh, don't be." Leonard says. "We'll do a rain check on dinner. Bye."
"Thanks." Vanya says and Leonard leaves.
"Who's the guy?" Allison asks.
"He's just a friend." Vanya says.
