Alex seemed to be checking me out and my face got bright red. So did his. We looked away and walked together to class. When I decided to just say:
"Thank you...". He looked at me confused.
"What for?" Alex asked, I looked at him and smiled shyly.
"For helping me out" I responded, he smiled brightly and said "that's what friends do!".
"Y-you consider me a "friend"?" I asked shocked and nervous. I don't have much 'friends'. Only James Madison, but I haven't seen him because of his dick boyfriend, Thomas Jefferson. Ugh. That guy is the very worst! Anyway...
Alex looked at me, smiled and nodded "of course...you're nice, you look smart and cu-I mean, cool!". What was he about to say?
