SEOUL REEKED OFmoney and power- there was simply no other way to put it. hunger lurked around every corner while the self-righteous snobs sauntered the city, noses stuck high up in the polluted air as they paraded down its streets with the sole intention of crushing the sullied skulls of the unworthy.
greedy fingers bedazzled with diamond rings, bleeding hearts fuelled by excessive cocaine, sugar-coated fantasies falling from chapped lips like second nature; it was all a part of a city powered by deceit and the wrongful nature of those who inhabited it.
there was one in particular, wandering amongst a void of empty hearts, that yearned for something new; something greater than the city of seoul alone could ever offer, and all it took was a swift cut to the flesh and the crushing of bones to gather the treasure that laid beneath the caverns of a beating heart- a soul.
to them, there was nothing greater than stealing a corrupted soul overflowing with power to gain something grander and more valuable than money alone could ever provide. and the city of seoul - filled with the fires of sinners and the ashes of the weak - just so happened to be the perfect place to collect some.
thus, a glint of pearly white teeth in the darkness as a knowing smirk etched itself onto a handsome face proved to be the harbinger of a new adventure- and it sure as hell was going to be messy.
