Chihaya is your typical vampire.
Tall, lanky, jet black hair, pale, and painfully handsome. Though born in a confidential family, his father doesn't want him spending his youth inside red curtained mansions and private prestigious lifestyle.
Hence, on his 11th grade, he is transferred to Kyoheji High, in hopes that he enjoys the wonders of human reality; injected to it that his identity won't be easily figured out. //Enrolling him in a middle class institution would lure away nosy high profiles and his eyes would be opened up to variety of lives.//
Despite studying to become a great heir to take over his old man's position (Vampire Mafia Underboss with Government affairs), Chihaya dismisses human manners and lazes in school, which in turn is a seemingly cool attitude as seen by his classmates. Because of this, not much male classmates bother him because he's either perceived as scary or snobby. The females, however, have keen eyes on him and are always flirting subtly with him. This makes it easier for Chihaya to find a prey every lunch. Unlike movie vampires, he doesn't suck his food to death. He bites slowly, lets the blood ooze and licks it. He then puts "Noir" petals on the wounds to heal in seconds.

A finger flick on the forehead and by the time he's meters away, the girl comes back to consciousness with no recollection of what happened beforehand.
