011. after the fact

*alyssas pov*
i woke up in the middle of the night.
i felt disgusting
and i felt like it was all my fault
why did he do that?
was i leading him on?
there was no way. i was never even flirting with him
i couldnt be
i love finn.
so i know that i didnt make him do anything to make him do that.
its not my fault, right?
i needed to stop thinking about this.
just then nick bursted through the door
and finn woke up
he looked at me and wiped the tears off my face
i didnt even know i was crying
nick: alyssa...
alyssa: dont say anything. please
he nodded and came over to me
nick: you want some ramen?
alyssa: yeah.
my voice was shaking and i could tell
he walked out and finn just pulled me closer
i tensed up and he might have noticed. cuz he started to let go.
then i started crying again
after a while i calmed down
he just held me and we just sat there. i grabbed my phone and scrolled through social media with a bunch of hate comments. i started crying harder
i showed finn what jack had posted
it was a picture of me dancing with sadie and lizzie but their faces were crossed out. his caption was "you lead me on and then pretend i raped you but thats cool"
finn: that motherf-
he got up and left my room grabbing his phone and calling someone.
lizzy and sadie ran into my room with 3 bowls of ramen and more blankets and pillows.
caleb noah and gaten came in and said they were meeting jaeden wyatt jeremy chosen and sophia
i got a million dm requests all hating me. lizzy took my phone and made me a new account. she took the same pictures and posted them.
sadie: im sorry this happened to you babes.
lizzy: its my fault. i heard the thump on the floor i thought you were sleeping-
alyssa: liz its not your fault. okay. i promise you. its not your fault.
sadie: yeah dont blame yourself.
finn came in.
finn: ill be back.
i got up. and followed him to the hallway
alyssa: finn wait.
he turned around
i gave him a hug
alyssa: thank you for everything.
i let go of him.
and looked him in the eyes
alyssa: but please dont do something youll regret
finn: alyssa-
i kissed him. there were fireworks exploding in my stomach and butterflies everywhere
he pulled me closer and i put my hands on his cheeks and his found their way around my waist
i pulled away from the kiss and hugged him again. he held me close for about a minute
finn: dont worry about me. ill be back soon
