"What's your name?" the little boy pointed at me, looking at me cockily.

"That's quite rude, little one" I said to him smiling at him cheekily.

My name is Agnimitra Evans,weird name right,my parents were obsessed about the Hindu culture,I mentally scoffed,I'm currently standing at a table facing a gorgeously handsome, beautiful,sexy,cute man"oh Mitra get a grip of yourself",I mentally scold myself and let's not forget an adorably cute little boy sitting opposite the man and then plain,old ugly me trying to take their orders"geez I was starting to sound like that man" I slightly shuddered.

"I want her Dad", the little boy said to the handsome man which I have been gawking at since I was told to take this table's order

"How much are you worth?"he asked not lifting his face from his phone which looks so expensive, it took me a few seconds to register in my stupid brain that I have been insulted,I heard a sound that brought me back from foreverland, only to find out that I slapped him,oh my bejesus,I slapped him.

"Are you okay?" I asked sweetly looking at him straight in the eye,I saw the shocked in his eyes which passed quickly and was replaced with anger. "Did I hurt you?", I asked again batting my long lashes, "Oh,I'm sorry, where are my manners?,I should get you an ice pack, your cheek is so red",I walked majestically heading to our store room,I noticed all eyes were on me some looking at me with pity while others with admiration,I got a bucket of ice from the refrigerator, I know,  I'm definitely going to do whatever you are thinking. When I came out I saw my uncle apologizing to the man, he turned towards me looking a me with disdain and loathe,I've gotten use to it so I was unfazed.

"I've had it with you, you ungrateful little whore, apologize to this respectable young man, right now", he ordered through gritted teeth

"Oh, I'll give him the apology he deserve", I said under my breathe, surprised my uncle was yet to discover the bucket in my hand."I'm sorry, Mr how-much-are-you-worth?, please forgive me,I have wronged you by allowing you insult me, here is some ice for you cheek", I smirked,evilly if i may add,the look on his face when he realized what I was about to do was priceless but I was too fast before he could hinder my plan, I dumped the ice on him,I heard the crowd gasp, my uncle shouted,my two wonderful cousins shrieked and I smiled triumphantly

"To answer your question, fine Sir,I'm priceless", gave him one last look and gave the little boy who was still in a fit of laughter my most charming smile, held my head high and stormed out of the diner,leaving the drama behind and ignoring my uncle's orders, I was so exhausted. Loosening my apron and untying my hair, letting it fall at my back, letting the wind comb through it and feeling the warm rays of sun on my skin.

My life is not so bad,at least I've got a roof on my head, food and warm clothes. I just turned twenty,it just passed like any other day,I didn't get no warm hugs and kisses or even a cupcake with a candle on it or even a birthday card,no one cared to wish me, I've gotten used to it ever since I was seven,you see my parents were murdered when I was little,I can't remember anything from that night, I still get horrible nightmares,I feel they were murdered but my uncle said I was mentally ill, I miss them so much at least if they were here I would have been to college by now, my uncle was ever so generous to send me through high school and I still found little time to go to the library and borrow books to read at night times or mostly Sundays when my uncle and his two demons go out for some family time.

Thinking about my day and the occasions that led to my sudden loss of patience.
