"I'm not perfect so don't put that expectation on me "
How I wish I could utter such simple words.
Yet Instead they rush out these fingers of mine
Speaking and voicing what's on my mind .
"I'll be who you want and that's what I want too ."
No that's not me but the me you made me to be .
I could lose who I am but do you really care..
In the end I'm not precious enough for you spare
"I feel lonely"
I wish those words I could say .
"Please don't go I need you here to stay "
More words never uttered but often thought
You leave , I smile and yes everything's alright .
Till No ones looking and I'm in the darkness of the night
The tears drop like a non stop rain
Because holding them back causes more pain .
