babyelwilson: i didn't include this when i announced my miscarriage because i wanted to keep it for myself and shawn to know but we both decided we would tell you guys the gender of angel baby and the name we picked out. i was two months pregnant when we found out the gender through a blood test and i lost the baby at three months. even though i was three months pregnant, i didn't feel pregnant. i didn't experience any symptoms other than morning sickness here and there and a little bit of tiredness. when we went to our appointment to find out the gender, we were feeling so many emotions: excited, happy, scared, anxious, nervous. we were told we were having a boy and we were so happy, shawn had told me he had a feeling it was a boy from the moment i told him i was pregnant. a few days after the appointment, we had saw a name on instagram and we both fell in love, we knew right then that was our baby's name: sebastien cruz mendes. about two weeks after we decided on seb's name, i miscarried. it broke my heart that we would never get to see our little boy grow up into an amazing young man like his daddy. we know that seb would have been loved and adored by you guys, just as much as he was by us. we miss sebastien every day and we will for the rest of our lives. rip baby boy. 💙
