/A bit sad/

It was Odin's Fault. He wanted this to happen. And it worked.

Now Loki is imprisoned. Lying there like a madman. Reading books and memorizing them later on.

Unbeknownst to him a girl watching in the shadows. Trying to cheer him up all these years.

She tried and tried. Loki pushed her away and stepped on her like dirt.

But still she pursued her plan.

Loki was baffled. "Why isn't she still leaving me?" "What do you want from me?" but most importantly "Why isn't she like the others?"

This scared Loki. Opening up isn't really his talent. Especially when the people he opens up to isn't his mom.

She wanted to comfort him. She wanted to set him free. She was once like him and it was hell. Her motives weren't evil. But he didn't know that. yet.

He was lying there. Terrified. Alone. He cried. But nobody knows. Nobody cares. And there she was.

"Long time no see..." He looked up and saw her looking at the clone he made as to make him invisible to those who see.

"Yeah it's been a while..." "See that you've been banned from Asgard"

She stepped into the cell as if it wasn't a big deal. Her moves as graceful as ever.

The clone smiled at her. "What are you really doing here Ms. (Y/N)?"

"I'm actually visiting you believe it or not"

The clone laughed. "We both know you had some business here asides from visiting me."

"You're more hard headed than i remembered" She smiled at the clone and began "Your mother is worried you know. Thor is worried. And I'm worried."

He snickered.

"Why would he be worried. That scum. He's got what he wanted now didn't he?"

"Because you're a mess." "No I'm not."

"Look around you." She sternly looked at the clone and waved her hands around."

To the naked eye, it was tidy. Very tidy. But if you're a witch, you see beyond those spells and tricks and illusions.

The clone frowned "What can you possibly mean?" "Loki look around you. I mean do you even know what clean means?"

"Ms. (Y/N) you're delusional. As you can see I've cleaned this place up. No dirt can possibly be found in this room."

"Loki—" She paused. The clone looked at her like she came from an Asylum.

"Loki, i can see past your illusions." She looked at Loki and not his clone. He smiled and tidied himself up.

He dropped the illusion and faced her.

"Now. You see me. What are you waiting for?" He looked at her with glossy eyes.

"This is what you all have always wanted. Am i not enough?! I never wanted the throne! I only ever wanted to be is their equal! But I guess i was too young to understand that it's not gonna happen. That I'm just worthless."

He faced the walls that reminded him of the times he would scream and cry.

She stood there. And He waited. Waited for some signs.

Waited for her to speak to him and spat at him like everybody else.

She looked at him. With determination and courage she slowly and gently grabbed his face and looked at his eyes.

His eyes are so deep and so disruptive that it makes her calm, it makes her so safe. She always felt at home with him.

She looked at him with awe. He didn't deserve this. He was just misunderstood.

Yet people are quick to judge. They have created the very monster they have always feared.

"I'm the monster parents tell their children at night."

Her heart shattered at that very words. She hugged him.

In this state she thought that the only rational thing to do was to hug him.

He was taken aback by this. He felt so warm inside yet it made him afraid.

I guess he really is falling for her.

He wasn't used to this thing. And it made him scared.

The future can be really scary.

We're so scared of unpredictability that some times, we forget to try things that are new to us.

He shakily moved his hands and suprisingly hugged you.

"You know.." she started. "I've fallen in love with you. Remember that?"

He remembers clearly.

The day she've seen him in the balcony. Just looking at the stars. She frowned.
