So far, I have no intention on publishing the book 2 here on Wattpad. I may change my mind, but most likely I'll post it here only after the book is finished on MoboReader. Also, sample chapters are available for you to read. You may search the title on Wattpad. :)
Would I also publish it on Inkitt? The answer is yes, but it will be 10 chapters behind what is on MoboReader.
