The Beginning of the End

Part 15-The Fall Part 1

Eve, Freya, and Diego smiled at Danny who had a big smile on his face while Maya whispered into Terrell's ear, "I want to be your girlfriend like officially and everything. If I die, I want you to know that you are mine and only mine." Terrell glanced at her not knowing if she was being serious until he realized she was. Maya grabbed his neck pulling him into a deep, long kiss.

"Let's go lovebirds, we have saving to do." Diego muttered as the other three already left the room leaving him and the two making out left in the room.

As the day slowly turned to night, it started to rain picking up as the day passed by leaving Danny standing in his hotel room looking out of his window watching the people go back into the hotel after they started to get wet.

"I think we are all set, plus there should be enough guns and knifes and other weapons here for your whole group and us as well." Terrell told Danny.

"Yes, it should." Danny grabbed a machete and checked if it was sharp enough by putting a finger on it, sliding it down while Diego grabbed a rifle and Eve picked up a pistol.

"Never used one of these before." She admitted. Maya walked over to her taking the gun and giving her the basics really quickly before she handed the pistol back over.

"I'll go check on Winnie and see what's happening up there, you all stay here and be ready...the Underground will be here soon...I can feel that." Freya told the others.

Danny turned back to the window where he could see the gate. "Let's hope this doesn't go as poorly as I think it will."

"Are you ready?" said Opal to a bunch of people who were behind her. The rain was drenching them now. "Move in." All the Undergrounders charged the walls and gate of New Haven.

Tony and another guy were standing in the tower of the gate, "We need to sound the alarm!" The other guy shouted over the storming rains seeing the people running at the walls.

"No can do!" Tony yelled back, as he pulled out a knife going behind the guy, putting up to his neck, slitting the guy's throat. He opened the gate allowing the Undergrounders in while the lady in the shed came out holding up a gun, confused a bit. Another person ran at the lady in the shed, stabbing her quickly and running off.

"Good job, Tony, that worked smoothly." said Opal as Tony went down the ladder.

A few warriors started shooting, but were killed quickly and over taken like it was nothing.

"We need to move now, they are inside. Tony betrayed all of us." Danny told Diego who was grabbing a bag full of guns and other weapons. "I should have known."

"Terrell, we need to help our people." Maya urged him.

"Yes, I know, Diego you go with Danny and Eve and get to his group, we will go help distract." Terrell said while he headed for the door after loading his gun with his new girlfriend by his side.

"Are you two ready to move?" Diego asked with a smirk.

"I guess." Eve replies when Danny just looked at Diego.

"Let's move!"

"Wyatt, Winnie, the Underground are attacking. We need to relocate you all." Jason said as he came into the penthouse.

Freya was about to say something when the door burst open again with Opal and a few of her people with her.

"Put the guns down." Opal said as one of her people pointed a gun right at Jason while the others pointed guns at the warriors in the room.

Just then Bradley came into the penthouse smiling away, clapping his hands. "This place lasted a lot longer than it should have. Maybe it's time this place falls to the ground."

In the pits Summer, CJ, Ella, Jeff, and Jesse all banged on the jail cells and yelled trying to get someone's attention when they started to hear gun fire up top.

"What is happening up there?!" Stella shouted loudly while Cassie started to cry a lot. Bree held onto Trey tightly and closed her eyes while he rubbed her back.

Gracelyn saw Zarie in the corner so she went over to her and said, "We are fine, don't worry, we are safe in here."

Just then the hatch opened and the Missouri group heard people coming down so Logan stepped in front of Stella and Maggie.

"Summer, Ella, Stella, it's Danny.." Danny said while walking over to the cells seeing his whole group. Diego and Eve were behind him when Diego dropped all the weapons in the bag to the ground.

Eve unlocked the doors to the cell, seeing Stella coming over hugging Eve.

"Everyone get a gun or a knife, let's try and get out of here alive." Dean told them with a slight smile. Summer nodded taking a pistol and heading for the ladder.

"Get ready to move, all of us!" Summer shouted climbing up the ladder.

Wyatt, Winnie, Freya, Jason, and a couple of other warriors were standing in a line when Bradley held up a pistol pointing it at all of them.

"Wyatt, Wyatt, Wyatt, you didn't listen to us. To me. This place could have flourished with our help, but you denied it....well I've been wanting to do this for awhile." Bradley lifted the pistol and quickly shot Wyatt in the head, killing him with a clean shot through the forehead.

"Ahhhh, nooooo!" Winnie screamed seeing her dead brother's body laying beside her. Jason stood up filled with so much rage just as Opal stabbed him in the throat. Freya pulled Winnie back and watched as the rest of the warriors in the room were shot and killed leaving only her and a crying Winnie left.

"Oh, don't worry, you little birdies are next." Bradley said walking towards the two girls.
